This is actually the main reason I came to the Philippines this time.

There’s a lot happening in our dev team right now.
I want to plan for all the upcoming changes, but at the same time I’m trying not to stress if things don’t go exactly the way I expect 😁

Flying to Boracay soon to recharge 🏝, and then it’s back to Korea next week 🇵🇭✈️🇰🇷

December is already packed with plans/tasks (Salmon, Habsida, my own startup), so I’m enjoying this short break while I can 😅

For now, I’m just happy with how productive I’ve been lately 👨‍💻
One day I’ll probably want a slower life, but that’s a story for another time😁

But I had a blast 🔥 Definitely was worth it 💯

So many people with interesting stories, some want to level up their hard skills, others just want to learn how to negotiate a better salary, and everyone has their own journey 💼

Who knows, someday I might even start personally helping people with salary negotiations.
