November has been full of work, surprises, and, of course achievements 🔥

I finally received THE email from work 📩
Here we go 🚀 It's official now

During my performance review, we agreed to have another one very soon

One step closer to my next goal - Lead Software Engineer 🧑‍💻💪

PS: there's more stuff going on, but I'll share them a bit later👀

Finally found some time for Telegram texting 😁
I’m in Manila right now ✈️

Last week was super busy, we’ve been working hard on the platform I’m building together with my Head of Dev in Korea. And on top of that, we also joined the AngelHack hackathon where we built the MVP of our project in just one weekend 💻👨‍💻

One thing that really surprised me: I’m seeing more and more developers from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan at these events. Out of 32 teams at AngelHack, 7-8 were from Central Asia, 1/4! 🤯🔥
I really hope this number keeps growing, because hackathons make you level up in every way: professionally, mentally, and socially. Offline hackathons are the best way to improving as a software engineer.

One of the teams from our community actually took 2nd place! Akmal Makhmudov's team nailed it with their app 🔥

For now, I’m back to work and already scheduling a lot of things for 2026. My management knows that my next goal is to become a Lead Software Engineer, which is why I came on this business trip.

Let’s see how things go. 2026 already feels like another year of growth 🚀

Here we go ⚡️

This is actually the main reason I came to the Philippines this time.

There’s a lot happening in our dev team right now.
I want to plan for all the upcoming changes, but at the same time I’m trying not to stress if things don’t go exactly the way I expect 😁

Flying to Boracay soon to recharge 🏝, and then it’s back to Korea next week 🇵🇭✈️🇰🇷

#webinar

Some of you already know that I’m mentoring students at Habsida 👨‍💻🔥

We’ve already launched a full-stack program in Russian, and an English version is coming soon 🚀

This Saturday(Nov 22, 19:00) Habsida is hosting a webinar where they’ll be giving away a MacBook Air 💻📦

Free to join, open to everyone, and the webinar will be in Russian.

Maybe you will win a new laptop 😁

P.S.: You need to be in Korea to pick up the laptop if you win 🎁🇰🇷

Finished all my work stuff in Manila, and now I’m recharging in Boracay after a tough week🏖

Going back to Korea next week 🇰🇷

December is already packed with plans/tasks (Salmon, Habsida, my own startup), so I’m enjoying this short break while I can 😅

For now, I’m just happy with how productive I’ve been lately 👨‍💻
One day I’ll probably want a slower life, but that’s a story for another time😁
