🔸As a PR Team Leader, you'll shape and execute strategic plans to promote our brands (PropellerAds, Zeydoo, AdTech Holding). Your role involves team management, fostering media and partner relationships, and elevating our brand reputation.

Responsibilities:
🔸Lead and mentor a team of PR specialists, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
🔸Develop PR strategies and campaigns to boost brands’ visibility and reputation.
🔸Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
🔸Manage effective ORM strategies to monitor and enhance our brands’ online presence.
🔸Drive collaborations with bloggers and influencers.
🔸Promote our brand in emerging markets and new regions.
🔸Oversee the creation of press releases, media briefs, and other promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
🔸Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Сontent, Sales, Design, SMM, Legal, Events, etc.
🔸Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and media coverage.
🔸Evaluate PR campaigns effectiveness together with the Analytics team and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
🔸Lead by example, demonstrate best practices, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of PR activities.
🔸Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
🔸Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, marketing, or related field.
🔸5+ years of experience in Senior PR or communications roles, or 3+ years in a leadership position.
🔸Experience in the affiliate marketing industry and a network of industry contacts are essential.
🔸Fluency in English and Russian.
🔸Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
🔸Proven experience developing and executing PR campaigns across multiple channels.
🔸Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
🔸Creative thinking with a passion for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
