About Neon Labs

Your Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience with a compiled language (Rust, C/C++, Golang).
Solid experience in core blockchain protocols design
Deep knowledge of scaling solutions like optimistic and zero-knowledge-based rollups, sidechains, and state channels (your advantage)
Ability to read and understand research papers, analyze the tradeoffs, and offer new and improved solutions
Passionate about solving real-world problems that impact the present blockchain space

Your Tasks
Research the existing Layer 2 solutions
Design reliable and maintainable Layer 2 solutions

Требуемые навыки и опыт:

- Опыт работы с Rust от 3-х лет
- Опыт написания контрактов для Solana от 1 года
- Опыт работы с реляционными и нереляционными базами данных, системами массового обслуживания
- Опыт работы на крупномасштабной платформе, обрабатывающей большие объемы пропускной способности данных
- Отличное знание сетевых коммуникаций

Мы в поиске Senior Rust Engineer на проект от Solana. В бэклоге задачи на 3-4 месяца, после подключим к другим проектам Solana.

Основная задача - разработка стандарта permissioned токенов, функциональный аналог ERC-3643.

Наши ожидания:
🔹Последние несколько лет работал с Rust.
🔹Писал смарт-контракты на Solana.
🔹Общаешься на английском (B2-C1), где нужно, и на русском, где можно.
