Мы ищем разработчика с большим опытом работы на Rust и Python, чтобы присоединиться к нашей компании, занимающейся квантовой торговлей.

Задачи:
● Перенесение ряда чувствительных к скорости элементов из текущей кодовой базы, написанной в основном на Python, на язык Rust для ускорения производительности. Цель - снизить внутреннюю задержку с 600 мкс до 10 мкс.
● Определение наиболее эффективной архитектуры и фреймворков для модулей, написанных на Rust, включая организацию многопоточности/асинхронности и взаимодействия между Python и Rust.
● Оптимизация модулей на Rust с точки зрения эффективного использования процессора и памяти при сохранении удобного интерфейса для аналитиков данных и трейдеров.
● Интеграция модулей на Rust в существующую кодовую базу на Python и обеспечение их бесперебойной работы.
● Дальнейшее развитие и совершенствование внутренних систем компании, делая их более безопасными, быстрыми и зрелыми.

Требования:
● Понимание архитектуры, структуры развертывания.
● Знание концепций асинхронного/массивно-параллельного программирования.
● Отличное понимание управления памятью в средах без сборки мусора.
● Знакомство с библиотечными щфункциями-обертками системных вызовов.
● Английский разговорный.

Требования к специфике Rust:
● Опыт работы с tokio, serde (или альтернативами) и pyo3/modin.
● Знакомство со стандартной библиотекой Rust и моделью владения.
● Понимание безопасности и параллелизма в Rust.

Требования для Python:
● Знание asyncio и глубокое понимание работы потоков.
● Опыт работы с numpy/cython/numba и понимание высокопроизводительного Python является плюсом.
● Знакомство с ключевыми библиотеками Python для анализа данных, такими как pandas и scikit-learn.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to play a pivotal role in developing Symbiotic's off-chain components and experimental prototypes.

Responsibilities:
- Development of internal tooling such as transaction-signing microservices
- Development and design of production-ready SDKs for B2B clients
- Development of backend services
- Development of experimental prototypes

Requirements:
Blockchain Skills:
- Familiarity with POS systems like Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, Avalanche, etc
- In-depth understanding of Ethereum’s l1 and l2 architecture
- Experience with Cosmos SDK, Substrate and other blockchain building frameworks
- Experience implementing distributed systems
- Understanding of different blockchain specific VMs such as EVM, WASM
- Experience with Solidity and its development tools like foundry, hardhat
- Experience with blockchain interaction libraries such as viem, web3js, ethers, web3py, etc
- Understanding of cryptographic primitives such as hashing, elliptic curves, merkle trees, etc

Common development skills: Excellent in Rust and Go
- Good in Python, JS/TS, Solidity
- In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Ability to design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Experience with Docker for containerization and application packaging.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes for application deployment and scaling.

Security Awareness:
- Understanding of web2/web3 security practices

Soft-skills: Have experimental mindset, e.g fine with fast prototyping
- Strong problem-solving abilities
