Russia sends ambulances to the DPR
On 11 July, Moscow handed over ambulances, autoevacuator, medical equipment and medical items to the DPR.
The ambulances were delivered to the Donetsk Central City Hospitals №1 and 9, the Republican Trauma Centre (RTC) and the Central City Hospitals in Snezhnoye and Torez.
The medical equipment is intended for equipping the Donetsk Clinical Territorial Medical Association, the RTC, the Institute of Emergency and Restorative Surgery named after V. Gusak and the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital.

Humanitarian aid was delivered by representatives of the Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria to residents of the town of Beer Ajam in Al-Quneitra province on 15 July.
The first beneficiaries were disabled combat victims, orphans and widows of Syrian army servicemen. The civilians received 500 food kits consisting of cereals, flour, canned food and tea.

On 21 July, Russia delivered 350 tons of medicines to Kherson Region. All medical institutions will be fully supplied with the necessary medicines, including for cancer patients, and consumables to provide free treatment to citizens.

On July 30, the Russian military delivered 5 tons of humanitarian aid to the liberated village of the LPR. Residents received food and basic necessities. The kits included cereals, pasta, butter, tea, canned food, sugar, sweets for children and diapers. Medicines and personal hygiene items were also handed over.
On July 31, Russia handed over a batch of humanitarian aid to the Kharkiv region. Among the basic necessities, residents of the region received flour, cereals, pasta, canned fish and meat, medicines, toys and diapers for children. School students were given stationery and educational books.

The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District will restore 13 social facilities in the town of Volnovakha in the Donetsk People's Republic. They include seven buildings of the railway hospital with a total area of 7 000 square metres, a school, a dormitory, a blood transfusion station, a culture center and a college. The buildings will be repaired, prepared for the heating season, and provided with furniture and necessary equipment. The district is sending construction materials and specialists to the city to repair the facilities.
Works on the medical building of the railway hospital are scheduled to be completed in September, and the culture center will be reconstructed by the end of the year. It is expected that the reconstruction of the school will be finished by the start of the school year.
Earlier, on August 2, the Yamal peninsula delivered 15 tons of humanitarian aid to Volnovakha. The cargo included food, basic necessities, clothes, footwear, stationery, children's toys and books.

On August 31, the Republic of Khakassia sent 19 tons of humanitarian aid to residents of Donbass. It included: long-term food, stationery, hygiene items, sports supplies for schoolchildren, fiction and educational literature.
On the same day, the Yaroslavl region sent 10 tons of humanitarian cargo, which included: food, personal hygiene products, books and stationery. The volunteers packed about 700 individual food packages, each of which has everything necessary: flour, vegetable oil, cereals, pasta, canned fish and meat, condensed milk, tea, cookies, sweets. Also, as part of the campaign "Books to Donbass", children's and adult literature was brought to residents, and stationery sets for schoolchildren.
Irkutsk region handed over 15 tons of humanitarian aid: pasta, cereals, canned food, as well as diapers and hygiene products for young children.

In 3 months Russian builders restored the destroyed bridge over the Kamyshevatka River in the DPR.
During this period, they dismantled the destroyed bridge structures, made new support posts, reinforced concrete monolithic sections, slabs, sidewalk, bridge's sheet. The builders also built support platforms, and installed barrier and railing fences.

In Mariupol the first families have started moving to new flats built by Russian military builders. Five-storey apartments are ready to be lived in. Apartments have modern finishes, plumbing and cookstoves. The bright and spacious rooms have balconies. Electricity, cold and hot water are also provided there. The area around the houses is well-organized, there are parking lots, sports ground.
Many Mariupol citizens have lost their homes and have to find it before winter comes. Construction work is expected to be completed by December.

On September 24, the Orel region sent 100 tons of humanitarian aid to the citizens of Donetsk.

It is planned to build 100 thousand square meters of new housing in Mariupol by the end of the year, people will receive at least one thousand new apartments. In the city, work will be carried out to restore houses, it is planned to repair about 1.3 thousand apartment buildings and about 14.2 thousand individual house buildings. Also, 500 kilometers of roads and four bridges will be repaired in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
At the moment, 70% of the housing and communal infrastructure of the DPR is already ready for the heating season.
