The Delhi Collage of Art hosted a master class by Russian artist Maxim Pridanov as part of the exhibition “The Fabulous Miracle of Existence”, held at the Russian House in New Delhi. A lesson to improve practical skills was organized with the assistance of Indian artist Aakshat Sinha, a graduate of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
“The visit of Maxim Pridanov and the exhibition curator Maxim Ignatov made an indelible impression on the college students. Collaborating with Russian artists not only highlights the diversity of artistic styles and cultural nuances, but also fosters a sense of international camaraderie within the artistic community,” said Aakshat Sinha.
The master class was attended by more than 60 students, and M. Pridanov gave a lecture.
The name Delhi Collage of Art deliberately made an “artistic mistake”, playing on the similarity of the words college and collage.

🏢 A master class by artist Olga Levchenko was held at the Russian House in New Delhi, dedicated to the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture.
📝 Every year at the end of May, Russia and many Eastern European countries celebrate this event. The holiday is associated with the honoring of the holy Equal-to-the-Apostles brothers Cyril and Methodius - educators of the Slavs and creators of the Slavic alphabet.
🎨 The exhibition turned out to be very diverse, and its participants used a rich palette of colors, filling their drawings with bright and non-standard color solutions. The artwork was done in pastels and watercolors.
👥 Public figures and cultural figures of India, diplomats, compatriots and Indian students attended the master class.
