International hackathon "Pro Design" is a competition for creative participants who can show their talents in different techniques and technologies. Those from 8 to 18 years old can join the competition.
7 directions will be presented at the hackathon:
● Graphic design - creation of corporate merch (12 +);
● UX/UI - creating the design of interfaces and sites (12 +);
● Advertising - Branding (12 +);
● 3D and 3D-Kids - creating 3D models with a given theme (8 +);
● Packaging design is a reflection of the brand concept (12 +);
● Design - design of VKontakte, Telegram channels (12 +);
● Reading Coast - design of book covers and illustrations (8 +).
Each nomination implies a division into two levels: lv.basic (beginners) and lv.pro (professionals). There are appropriate project and case options for each level.
As part of the hackathon, the exhibition "Your View" will be organized, which will be held at the close of the event on November 27.
Steps for participants:
1. Register for hackathon from October 17 to November 21, 2022 23.59 (Moscow time)
2. Send your work to the exhibition "Your View" from October 17 to November 24, 2022 13.00 (Moscow time)

Russia ranked 14th in the top 20 countries in the development of digital technologies, according to the presentation of the Rostelecom study on global digitalization trends for 2021-2022. Russia is preceded by China, the USA, India, Great Britain, France, Spain, Germany and other countries.
At the same time, Russia is among the top 10 countries in terms of scientific and inventive activity in robotics, quantum technologies and artificial intelligence.
Rostelecom also presented the top IT trends by the end of 2022.
It includes artificial intelligence (AI), mobile networks, digital medicine, alternative energy, social networks, information security, robotics, 5G networks, e-commerce, computer games. In addition, the top includes mobile platforms, applications on Android and iOS operating systems and blockchain.

The first Eurasian IT Forum "Digital Sovereignty as the basis for Long-term International Cooperation" will be held in Moscow from February 20 to 21.
Heads of relevant departments and companies, representatives of universities and the expert community from more than 20 countries are invited to participate.
The event is dedicated to the digitalization of the state and various aspects of this process: information security, personnel training, and the creation of smart cities and regions. Opportunities and limitations in building a digital state will also be discussed at a youth conference within the framework of the forum.

By 2026, more than 2 800 specialists in the pedagogical sphere and the information technology industry from the DPR will be trained under the "Professionalitet" program. Also, in the next two years, new educational clusters are planned to be opened in the republic in the following areas: "Tourism and services", "Construction", "Agriculture", "Metallurgy".

It will be held in Moscow and Novosibirsk from May 23 to June 16, 2024.
‼️ What is needed to participate?
- be between 25 and 35 years of age;
- have foreign citizenship (do not have Russian citizenship);
- you have not previously been a delegate of the “New Generation” program;
- specialized education (in one of three areas);
- current work must be in the relevant specialty;
- knowledge of Python and basic machine learning algorithms.
🔄 The InteRussia program will provide a unique opportunity for participants, namely:
• get acquainted with the largest Siberian scientific, educational and technological sites;
• work under the guidance of Novosibirsk State University staff, exchange experiences and best practices;
• plunge into an exciting cultural program in Moscow and Novosibirsk.

Russian scientists have created an educational platform "Telequant" for learning quantum programming.
This platform allows students to practice working with a 30-qubit quantum computer emulator hosted on the VK Cloud. The interface is implemented as a simple dialogue in Telegram or VK chatbots, making it possible for the users to familiarize themselves with quantum programming without expensive hardware or specialized software.
The creators of the project hope that the platform will help address the shortage of personnel in the field of quantum computing.
