Russian schoolchildren have won two gold, eight silver and five bronze awards in the contest of young inventors on the island of Bali.

The International Young Inventors Award is being held for the tenth time. Guys from 33 countries presented 350 projects.

Veronika Alekseenko-Nedyshilova received gold medal for an automated system for detecting objects on railway tracks in real time.
Alexander Sukhotsky and Nikita Shilkov also won gold medals for the interface for controlling robotic systems using hand movements.
Silver and bronze awards were given to participants from schools and research centers in different Russian cities. Among the projects are: car subway, mobile garbage collection and sorting system, biodegradable material from fallen leaves for the production of disposable packaging and others.

International Young Inventors Award проходит уже в десятый раз. Ребята из 33 стран представили 350 проектов.
Вероника Алексеенко-Недышилова получила золото за автоматизированную систему обнаружения объектов на железнодорожных путях в реальном времени.
Александр Сухоцкий и Никита Шилков также выиграли золотую медаль за интерфейс для управления роботизированными системами с помощью движений рук.
Серебряные и бронзовые награды получили участники из школ и научных центров разных российских городов. Среди проектов — автомобильное метро, мобильная система сбора и сортировки мусора, биоразлагаемый материал из опавших листьев для производства одноразовой упаковки и другие.

500 people from 19 countries took part in the final of the III International Olympiad on Financial Security, which started at the Sirius Educational Center.
This project provides winners and prize-winners with special benefits for studying at universities, as well as employment opportunities in the largest financial institutions of the country.

HSE International Olympiad 2024

HSE International Olympiad (HSE INTO) (https://olymp.hse.ru/en/inter/) is the biggest international project of HSE University. This year, it will take place for the tenth time. More than 5000 participants join the Competition every year, and the number is growing annually.

Competition participants will have the opportunity to apply for scholarships and grants, which will allow them to obtain tuition fee grants. HSE INTO 2024 outcomes will be valid for admission at HSE University for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic years. Competition winners who apply to HSE University in 2024 will be entitled to a full Russian Government scholarship (within a quota) to study in one of the University's Bachelor’s programmes, if they comply with the application requirements.

Foreign (non-Russian) citizens and stateless persons are invited to take part in the competition, including high school students in the 10th or 11th grades (or in the 11th or 12th grades for those pursuing a 12-year school programme), as well as school graduates under 25 years. Foreign citizens residing and studying at high schools in Russia are also invited to take part in the competition.
Participation in HSE INTO 2024 is free of charge.

All prospective participants in the HSE International Olympiad – 2043 must apply online: https://asav.hse.ru/intolymp.html?lang=en#signup from September 1 to November 5, 2023.

Competitions will be held from November 14 to November 25, 2023. The results are to be announced before December 31, 2023 on the HSE INTO website.

HSE INTO – 2024 participants may choose between on-campus (offline) and off-campus (online) modes of participation. List of offline venues will be published in November 2023, on the website.

HSE INTO covers the following subject fields: Design, Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communications (English), Mathematics, IT, International Relations, Social Sciences (Person. Society. State).

Young people from around the world will be able to present their scientific and science fiction works in the International competition "Horizon 2100". One of the requirements for candidates is the age from 16 to 30 years. Applications are accepted until October 31.

- an article, a research or scientific-practical work that reflects the author's innovative view of the future at the turn of 2100;
