What do you need to know about MIPT?
The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology is an advanced scientific center, a university where you can get world-class education in fundamental and Applied Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Computer science, Chemistry, Computer and Biomedical technologies and other natural and exact sciences. World-renowned scientists work in 80 advanced laboratories, researching the problems of aging and age-related diseases, applied and fundamental physics, nano-optics, photonics and many others.

MIPT alumni include Nobel laureates Andrei Geim and Konstantin Novoselov, ABBYY founder David Yan, Veeam Software founder and president Ratmir Timashev, Revolut founder Nikolai Storonsky, recipient of the Russian Presidential Prize and Falling Walls international competition for young innovators in Berlin Maxim Nikitin, cosmonauts Alexander Kaleri, Yuri Baturin and Alexander Serebrov.

Students of 9-11 (10-12 - according to the 12-year form of education) classes of general education schools can take part in "Phystech.International". This year, the Olympiad is being held for the eighth time; over the entire period of the Olympiad, more than 40,000 participants from more than 100 countries of the world took part in it.

How to take part?

The 2022 Olympics will be held in one round. For the convenience of participants, 4 rounds of attempts are provided for each of the subjects: in Mathematics and Physics. You can choose to participate only 1 round for each of the subjects, the results will be counted once.

Russian scientists from MIPT and South Ural State University have developed a technology for low-temperature synthesis of nanoparticles to improve the magnetic properties of new materials.
The resulting elements can be used in magnets and microwave devices.
