Ancien Russian folk game "Rucheyok" ("Stream") symbolizes the melting of snow. The sun warmed the earth, the snow melted, murmuring streams ran everywhere.
The players stand in pairs, hold hands and lift them up to make a tunnel for the "stream". A single player without pair passes through the tunnel and chooses himself a pair. This new pair goes to the end of the tunnel. Whoever is left alone, he leads, walking through the tunnel and choosing whoever he wants. So the stream runs forward and forward.
