We are pleased to announce that in March 2025 ANOO Kapitsa Physics Lyceum will hold the 1st
Kapitsa International Physics Olympiad (KIPhO).

The purpose of holding this international Olympiad in Russia is to promote international cooperation, popularize scientific knowledge and strengthen ties between educational
institutions focused on improving the quality of physics education.

Event Details:
• Dates: March 9-15, 2025
• Venue: ANO “Fiztech-Lyceum” named after P.L. Kapitsa, Dolgoprudny, Moscow region,
Russia.
• Format: Intramural
• Working languages: Russian, English
Olympiad Tours:
• Individual experimental round. Two problems in the classical style of the All-Russian
Olympiad of Schoolchildren in Physics.
• Individual experimental round. One big task with application of computer means of data
processing.
• Team round. One large problem containing theoretical and experimental tasks with the
use of computer data processing tools.
