Moscow mysteries: Kolomenskoye park
Visitors of the Kolomenskoye park in Moscow often notice a unique occurrence - mobile phones and compases are unable to show location, especially if close to the Golosov ravine in the middle of the park. The ravine is known to be one of the most anomalous areas in the Central Russia.
Numerous scientific measurements show high levels of electromagnetic radiation - 12 times above the standard, and near the rocks it is 27 times above the standard. The ravine is surrounded with legends of time travels, people who were lost in the ravine and then appeared several decades later.
On top of the ravine only the Church of the Beheading of John the Baptist is located, built circa 1537 by the young tsar Ivan the Terrible not far from his residence.
The church architects are supposed to be Barma and Postnik, the masters who created St. Basil’s Cathedral in the Red Square in Moscow as the architectural features of both churches are alike. Somewhere here the famous lost library of Ivan the Terrible could be hidden - also known as the "Golden Library". It contained numerous Greek, Latin, Egyptian works, as well as some old Chinese tests. The library hidden by Ivan the Terrible has not yet been found.

The Indian delegation continues its trip under the program "Hello, Russia!"
As the three lucky Indian schoolchildren of Russian origin - Levon Thangjam, Aryan Artur Kol and Reehaan Haris Kunnummal arrived in Russia, they have already visited many Moscow's historical and cultural attractions and leaned about how the urban system of Moscow is made to be sustainable.
On 19 July the delegates have reached the capital of the Altai Territory - Barnaul, a major industrial center of Western Siberia. Here, they learned about the cheese production and are set to meet the representatives of the Government of the Altai Territory.
Russian compatriots living in different countries of the world take part in the trip, and our delegates have the opportunity to make friends with residents of Australia, Belarus, Israel, France, Uganda, Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, Kazakhstan and Spain.

On July 21, participants of the Interdisciplinary Project School "Hello, Russia!" in the Technopark of the Phystech Lyceum named after P.L. Kapitsa went on a fascinating excursion around Moscow.
👀 The children saw Red Square, Zaryadye Park, Novodevichy Convent, and Sparrow Hills.
In addition, young compatriots visited the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora, where they learned about the exploits of the army, key battles and the fates of the heroes.
🚶🏻♂️ Many more interesting events await them ahead!

⚡️ The first round of the International Media School has ended
In 5 days, young journalists visited the editorial offices of the largest Russian media holdings, took part in master classes and interactive lectures with leading experts in the field of journalism, and were able to apply the knowledge they had gained in practice.
At the end of the internship, everyone presented and defended their own ideas for the development of modern media, as well as for expanding interaction between our countries in the information space.
🌐 The guys also walked around the historical center of Moscow and Zaryadye Park, visited the Khlebozavod art space and VDNKh, and saw the capital from a boat. We wish our friends creative success!

В течение 5 дней молодые журналисты побывали в редакциях крупнейших российских медиахолдингов, приняли участие в мастер-классах и интерактивных лекциях с ведущими экспертами в области журналистики, смогли на практике применить полученные знания.
По итогам стажировки все представили и защитили собственные идеи развития современных СМИ, а также расширения взаимодействия между нашими странами в информационном пространстве.

This weekend, Moscow celebrates its anniversary. Founded in 1147, it combines rich historical heritage and modern dynamism. One of the most recognizable symbols of Moscow and Russia for foreigners is St.Basil's Cathedral on Red Square.
This is a functioning Orthodox cathedral, a museum, a protected UNESCO heritage site. Also known as Pokrovsky Cathedral, it was the tallest building of the city until the year 1600.
The bright, "gingerbread" domes of the cathedral attract attention first of all. However, the symbolic meaning of such coloring, which must be, remains a mystery.
