🎇 🥇On February 7, 2014, the XXII Olympic Games opened in Sochi

Let us recall a few interesting facts:

🔹 for the first time, the Olympic torch visited outer space and at the bottom of Lake Baikal;
🔹the Olympic torch relay lasted 123 days;
🔹official symbols - White Bear, Bunny and Leopard;
🔹slogan - “Hot. Winter. Yours."

A large number of infrastructure facilities were built to host the Olympics, which became an impetus for the further development of the host region. Many foreign athletes and guests noted that the level of organization of the Olympic Games in Sochi was recognized as one of the best in the entire history of the competition.

Teams from 88 countries have joined the Winter Olympics. This became a new record for the number of participating countries. And the Russian team took first place in the unofficial team competition, winning 33 medals.

🎇 🥇7 февраля 2014 года в Сочи открылись XXII Олимпийские игры.

Предлагаем вспомнить несколько интересных фактов:

🔹 впервые факел олимпийского огня побывал в открытом космосе и на дне озера Байкал;

Для проведения олимпиады было построено большое количество инфраструктурных объектов, что стало импульсом для дальнейшего развития принимающего региона. Многие зарубежные спортсмены и гости отмечали, что уровень организации Олимпийских Игр в Сочи был признан одним из лучших за все время проведения соревнований.

Команды из 88 стран мира присоединились к Зимней Олимпиаде. Это стало новым рекордом по количеству стран-участниц. А Сборная России заняла первое место в неофициальном командном зачете, завоевав 33 медали.

Among the participants are foreign delegations from Argentina, Bangladesh, Beirut, Belgrade, Egypt, Zambia, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Peru, Tanzania, Tunisia and Uzbekistan. Meetings with young representatives of foreign delegations were held earlier in Russian houses around the world. We wish the guys an exciting journey and interesting acquaintances.

Сегодня, в первый день весны, «Сириус» принимает уникальное событие – Всемирный фестиваль молодежи.

Он продлится до 7 марта в Сочи.

There are piranhas, cat and reef sharks and fish such as unicorn, ball, cow, hedgehog, and surgeonfish.
