Russian and Soviet graduates from Asia will meet in Hanoi

From October 3 to October 4, 2023 in the capital of Vietnam, the city of Hanoi, Rossotrudnichestvo holds a Forum of foreign graduates of Soviet and Russian universities - representatives of the education and health care system of Asian countries.

The leading staff of higher education and health care organizations of Asian countries from among graduates of Russian and Soviet universities, representatives of the education and health management bodies of Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, China, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, as well as heads of Asian graduate associations, are invited to participate in the Forum.

Within the framework of the Forum, it is planned to hold discussions on important topics of cooperation in the field of education and health care, the development of ties between Russian and foreign educational organizations, including those training specialists in medical specialties, joint research, the consolidation of the graduate community in the Asian region, as well as a continuing education course for foreign graduates "Management in the field of education and health care."

С 3 по 4 октября 2023 г. в столице Вьетнама городе Ханой Россотрудничество проводит Форум иностранных выпускников советских и российских вузов – представителей системы образования и здравоохранения стран Азии.

К участию в Форуме приглашены руководящий состав организаций высшего образования и здравоохранения стран Азии из числа выпускников российских и советских вузов представителей органов управления образованием и здравоохранением Вьетнама, Бангладеш, Индии, Индонезии, КНР, Лаоса, Малайзии, Монголии, Мьянмы, Непала, Пакистана, Таиланда, Шри-Ланки, а также руководители ассоциаций выпускников стран Азии.

В рамках Форума планируется проведение панельных дискуссий и круглых столов по актуальным темам сотрудничества в области образования и здравоохранения, развития связей между российскими и иностранными образовательными организациями, в том числе осуществляющими подготовку специалистов по медицинским специальностям, совместных научных исследований, консолидации сообщества выпускников в азиатском регионе, а также проведение курса повышения квалификации для иностранных выпускников «Менеджмент в сфере образования и здравоохранения».

👩🏻‍🎓The first educational hub has opened in Indonesia for citizens of Asia-Pacific countries who plan to study in Russia

📍The representative office is based at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in Surabaya.

📚 The centre will provide applicants with an overview of educational and scientific opportunities in Russia. Moreover, it will help other Russian universities and scientific institutions to develop contacts with the country.

The hub is coordinated by the campus of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg. The centre intends to engage in active cooperation with Thailand, Malaysia ,and Vietnam.

👩🏻‍🎓В Индонезии открылся первый образовательный хаб для будущих студентов из стран Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, которые планируют учиться в России

📍Представительство действует на базе Технологического института Сепулу Нопембер (ITS) в городе Сурабае.

📚В центре абитуриентам расскажут о возможностях образования и науки в России. Кроме того, он поможет наладить связи с республикой другим российским вузам и научным заведениям.

Работу хаба координирует кампус НИУ ВШЭ в Санкт-Петербурге. Планируется активное сотрудничество с Тайландом, Малайзией и Вьетнамом.

🌎 In 2023, Russian language ambassadors visited 9 countries

About 7 thousand schoolchildren and students from Abkhazia, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, India, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkey listened to lectures by volunteers of the International Russian Language Ambassadors in the World program.

In game and interactive formats, students, graduate students and young specialists taught foreigners the Russian language, Russian culture and literature, and talked about Russian education. They worked in schools, universities, children's camps, representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo and in Moscow Houses abroad. Each expedition lasted from nine days to two months.

Let us remind you that the International Volunteer Program “Ambassadors of the Russian Language in the World” has been implemented by the Pushkin Institute with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science since 2015.

🌎 За 2023 год послы русского языка посетили 9 стран

Порядка 7 тыс. школьников и студентов из Абхазии, Вьетнама, Киргизии, Индии, Кубы, Казахстана, Таджикистана, Узбекистана и Турции прослушали лекции волонтеров Международной программы «Послы русского языка в мире».

В игровом и интерактивном форматах студенты, аспиранты и молодые специалисты учили иностранцев русскому языку, русской культуре и литературе, рассказывали о российском образовании. Они работали в школах, вузах, детских лагерях, представительствах Россотрудничества и в Домах Москвы за рубежом. Каждая экспедиция длилась от девяти дней до двух месяцев.

Напомним, Международная волонтерская программа «Послы русского языка в мире» реализуется Институтом Пушкина при поддержке Минобрнауки России с 2015 года.

🚄 Railway workers from Argentina, Brazil, Vietnam, Egypt, India, Iran, Cuba, Serbia, the CIS and South Africa are expected at the International Section of the Annual Youth Forum by the Russian Railway

📆 It will be held from September 15 to 22 in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Foreign specialists will be able to come under the "New Generation" program.

Among the main objectives:

🔹creation of a single information platform for young railway workers from around the world;
🔹development of intercultural dialogue based on trust and an atmosphere of openness;
🔹international exchange of experience;
🔹development of professional connections.

The section program includes:

🔹communication, educational and team-building events;
🔹meetings with the heads of the Russian Railways holding, speakers from among the representatives of government bodies, experts from leading public and non-profit organizations.

❗️To participate, you must:

- be between 25 and 35 years old;
- have foreign citizenship (not have Russian citizenship);
- have not previously participated in the New Generation program;
- write to the Russian House in your country for further information (https://rs.gov.ru/predstavitelstva-za-rubezhom/).

📝 Applications are accepted until July 20.

➡️ Since 2007, the Youth Meeting of Russian Railways has been held annually. It is the key youth event of the year in the holding. As part of international cooperation, an international section is held, in which youth delegations of railway administrations and railway equipment manufacturing companies from foreign countries participate.
