Today, under #UniversitiesOfRussia we are going to tell you about the Moscow Automobile and Highway State Technical University.
MADI is one of the largest technical universities in Russia, which since 1930 has been training specialists for work in the sectors of the automobile and road complex.
There are more than 700 foreign citizens from 72 countries among the students. Education at MADI is conducted in Russian. Foreign citizens can study Russian at the preparatory faculty.
Teachers and young specialists are actively engaged in science and new projects, developing electric vehicles, unmanned vehicles, buggies and even amphibious vehicles. Also, practical training is available for students in specialized scientific laboratories, participation in the development of new road construction equipment and materials.
On the basis of MADI, a project of a federal innovation platform in the field of higher and additional education is being implemented for teachers of technical disciplines to receive the status of "International teacher of an engineering
university" - "ING-PAED IGIP".

From January 16 to 29, 2023, the HSE International Olympiad will be held with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo.
Subjects of the Olympiad: IT, biology, oriental studies, design, journalism, foreign languages and intercultural communication, history, mathematics, media communication, international relations and others.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons living abroad – students of the 10th, 11th, 12th grades, as well as foreign citizens - students of the 10th, 11th grades living in Russia can take part in the competition.
Winners and prize-winners will have the opportunity to enroll in HSE bachelor's degree programs without exams, as well as a discount for the entire period of study.

Besides, there are psychologists and linguists, engineers and managers, artists and designers among our students. Collaboration between Russian and Indian universities was discussed at the IIT Kharagpur.
Andrey Kondratiev, CEO of CDO Global, representatives of the Russia India Special Interest Group (RISING), an initiative of Chamber for Indo-Russian technology collaboration partnership with RUSSOFT Association and (Technological Sovereignty Exports Association) had a meeting at the IIT Kharagpur to promote common academic collaboration between the two countries.
The discussion was attended by the Director of IIT Kharagpur, Prof V K Tiwari and Deans and senior professors from the institute to proliferate areas of mutual cooperation between IIT and some of the Russian institutes.
IIT Kharagpur (Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur), established in 1951, is the oldest and largest IIT in India offering world-class education and research opportunities across disciplines. It is one of the most premier institutes in the country and is recognized globally for its quality of students, talents, faculty, alumni, and research output in Science & Technology, Humanities & Social Science, and Management.
