On April 5, the Russian Emergencies Ministry sent more than 650 tons of humanitarian aid to the Donbass and Ukraine. A convoy of 60 vehicles delivered bottled water, canned food, baby food, pasta, candy, flour, as well as daily necessities and building materials.
The Russian Defense Ministry also handed over 10 tons of humanitarian aid to residents of the settlements of Shipovatoe and Khatnee in the Kharkov region. Food and essentials were distributed primarily to families with young children and the elderly. The distribution of food packages was carried out in the center of settlements to all those in need.

On April 27, the Russian Humanitarian Mission distributed humanitarian aid to the residents of the Levoberezhny district of Mariupol. It includes bread and grocery kits, cereals, canned food, personal care products, water filters and other essentials. They also brought 3,000 liters of drinking water and diesel generators.

Russia is building residential houses in Mariupol
In June 2022, specialists from the Russian Ministry of Defense began the construction of 12 residential buildings in Mariupol. About 2.5 thousand residents will occupy more than a thousand apartments in new five-story buildings. The apartments will be delivered completely renovated.
On the first floors there will be commercial and non-commercial real estate, social facilities, including shops, will be located. There will be recreation areas, children's and sports grounds with full equipment, including game and training complexes.
In Mariupol, this will be one of the first such complexes.

On September 21, Russia's Omsk region handed over to the city of Stakhanov in the LPR a new municipal road equipment based on a KamAZ vehicle with a 15 m³ tank. Special equipment is now used to provide drinking water to residents of the city.
In the future, special vehicles will help in the restoration and maintenance of roads in the LPR.

Russian Republic of Bashkortostan handed over New Year gifts for schoolchildren from the city of Krasny Luch. The cargo includes more than 9,000 backpacks with sweets and souvenirs: nightlights, felt-tip pens and thermo mugs, which will be donated to educational organizations of the LPR.
Also, the Nizhny Novgorod region sent a batch of humanitarian aid to the residents of Donbass. It includes: warm clothes, medicines and more. Children from the orphanage will receive sports equipment, and little hospital patients will receive sweet gifts for the New Year. The collected cargo will be distributed among four cities: Donetsk, Khartsyzsk, Zugres and Yenakiyev.

Specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia rescued a boy from the rubble in the Syrian city of Aleppo. The earthquake occurred on Monday in several regions of Syria. Previously, powerful tremors were also felt in Turkey, where great destruction was also recorded.
