On April 26, Russia delivered a shipment of humanitarian aid for residents of Luhansk Region. The cargo included essentials, medicines, construction materials and foodstuffs, including oil, cereals, flour, stew, sugar, onions, sweets and drinking water.

Российские регионы передали более 400 тыс. учебников школам освобожденных территорий Луганской Народной Республики. Среди них — методические, наглядные пособия и другая литература.
Кроме того, дети, эвакуированные из других городов ЛНР, также начнут обучение в образовательных учреждениях столицы республики. Особые условия для перевода были созданы и для студентов вузов, а также учреждений среднего профессионального образования.

Russian regions have handed over 400 000 textbooks to schools in the liberated territories of the Luhansk People's Republic. Among them are methodological, visual aids and other literature.
In addition, children evacuated from other cities of the LPR will also begin studies in educational institutions of the republic’s capital. Special conditions for transfer were created for university students, as well as institutions of secondary vocational education.

Specialists from the Ulyanovsk region are rebuilding Georgievskaya secondary school №1 in Lutuginsky district (LPR). The builders have already repaired the roof and installed new windows. Classrooms and the façade of the building are being repaired. The school will be ready for operation by the new academic year.
In total, 150 schools have been repaired in the DPR. 103 general education institutions have been repaired in the LPR. 14 schools have been rebuilt in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

In 2023, specialists will build 3 new paramedic and obstetric stations, repair 25 apartment buildings, 2 kindergartens and a temple, as well as renew 13 kilometers of water supply networks.
Now the builders are finishing the repair of the nursery garden "Ryabinushka" in the urban-type settlement of Rodakovo. It is attended by 70 children.
In 2022, the Altai region completed repair work at the Zimogoryevskaya Gymnasium named after Soldiers-Internationalists. The roof and window blocks were replaced, the central entrance was repaired and the sports hall was completely renovated.
Power engineers eliminated emergency sections of power lines and provided stable power supply to Slavyanoserbsky district. For this purpose, 40 modern transformers have been installed, 250 meters of cables have been replaced.
