🔴The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation offers 50 additional scholarships for Indian citizens to study at Russia’s sports universities this year.
📅Training will begin in September 2023 and will be free of charge (students pay just for accommodation and travel to Russia).
❗Applicants will be able to participate in this program if they submit the following documents by July 15, 2023:
✅a copy of passport valid until at least 2025;
✅a copy of secondary school certificate (12th year);
✅a notarized translation of the passport into Russian;
✅a notarized translation of the certificate into Russian;
✅medical certificate of physical fitness;
✅medical certificate of absence of HIV/AIDS;
✅medical certificate of absence of tuberculosis, hepatitis B and C;
✅an ordinary translation of all three medical certificates.

🥇Miron Lifintsev won gold at the World Swimming Championship in the 100m backstroke. He didn’t only bring gold to the national team but set a new youth world record covering the distance in 48.76 seconds.
🏊♀️🥇Russian swimmers also won gold medals in the 4x50m medley relay. Kirill Prigoda, Arina Surkova, Daria Trofimova and Miron Lifintsev competed in the final swim.
🏊♂️The competition was held in Budapest where Russians were allowed to participate under the auspices of the International Swimming Federation for the first time after the exemption.
