Here’s some wordplay for you!
🔵 The translation is:
Why don’t you come in?
But how can I cross (the river)?
Literally: What can I cross (the river) with/by?
🔵 In Russian, we have the word "почему" ("why"), but if we insert a space between "по" and "чему", we’ll have two words with a completely different meaning.
"Чему" is the dative form for "что - what", while "по" is a preposition.
So, while the princess is wondering why the knight isn't coming, he has nothing to help him cross the river.
🤨 The question is: who should have built a bridge - the princess or the knight?

The Russians are crazy about their ballet! Let's talk about our favorite ones.
Before New Year's Eve, all Russians are keen to see Tchaikovsky's 'The Nutcracker'. It's a time-honored tradition for many, and you can still barely find tickets.
Other top ballets include Tchaikovsly's 'Swan Lake', Prokofiev's 'Romeo and Juliet’ , 'Spartacus’ by Khachaturian, and ‘Don Quixote’, by Austrian composer Minkus... so, it's not a Russian monopoly😉
🤔 Do you love ballet as much as we do? What’s your favorite one?
📸 : Kirill Kukhmar, Sergei Malgavko, Alexander Kurov, Alexander Demianchuk, Vyacheslav Prokofyev/TASS, Pavel Kuzmichev

You asked me to explain the name Alex, and how it would sound in Russian. So here you go!
This name is very popular and is used for both men and women in the forms Александр and Александра respectively.
Like every other name, it has diminutive forms - Саша being the main one that everyone uses in informal communication with both genders. There is also the even less formal Саня - which can transform into the more gender-specific for boys, and Санечка, for girls. Сашенька, meanwhile, is fine for both, and denotes a loving relationship.
There are also less popular, but still used forms, such as Шура (for boys and girls), Шурик (for boys) and Шурочка (for girls).
❓ What name would you like explained next?

There are plenty of unique characters in Russian fairy tales.
💧 Vodyanoy is a water spirit. He usually appears as an old man with a huge belly and green hair and beard.
🐺 The Grey Wolf and 🐴 The Little Humpbacked horse are wise animals who help Ivan Tsarevitch and Ivan the Fool.
🪶Nightingale the Robber is a robber from Russian folk poems. He’s famous for his strong whisper, which can even knock down a man.
🐦🔥Finally, Firebird is bascially a phoenix - often coveted by a tsar of some sort, owing to the bird's magical ability to bring joy and good fortune!
