🗓 On October 22–24, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will take part in the #BRICS Summit in Kazan under the chairship of Russia. The Summit is themed Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security.

☝️ Particular attention will be given to the potential expansion of BRICS through the proposed establishment of a new category of ”partner nations.“

🌐 On the final day of the summit, a BRICS Plus/Outreach format meeting will be convened, with representatives from nearly forty countries in attendance.

The agenda includes discussions on pressing international issues including the situation in the Middle East and interactions between the BRICS countries and the Global South in the interests of sustainable development.

🤝 Vladimir Putin will hold bilateral meetings with almost all the leaders participating in the Summit.
