​​💬 We have previously pointed out the significance of the results of the military-biological projects codenamed UP for the Pentagon.
Note the report prepared for the U.S. Defence Department by Black & Veatch and Metabiota. According to the document, Veterinary Projects codenamed 'TAP' were implemented simultaneously with the U-P projects in Ukraine.

◽️ Their main guideline lies in economically significant quarantine infections capable of damaging the agriculture of several countries and entire regions, such as glanders, African swine fever (ASF), classical swine fever, highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease.

◽️ African swine fever with two projects dedicated to this pathogen represented particular interest to U.S. military biologists.
The TAP-3 project was aimed to study the spread of ASF pathogen through wild animals. The migration routes of wild boar through Ukraine had been examining within its framework. The TAP-6 project scaled this process up to Eastern European countries.

◽️ The study of vector populations of dangerous zoonotic infections was carried out by staff of the Institute of New Pathogens of the University of Florida (Gainesville) in Volyn, Rovno, Zhitomir and Chernigov regions of Ukraine, as well as in the areas bordering Belarus and Russia.

◽️ Note the worsening situation of African swine fever in Eastern European countries: According to the International Office of Epizootics, since 2014, outbreaks have been recorded in Latvia (4,021 cases), Estonia (3,814) and Lithuania (4,201). In Poland, more than 13,000 cases of ASF have been detected, and agricultural losses from the disease have exceeded 2.4 billion Euros.

Russian Defence Ministry is analysing the development of the situation at Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

▫️Since July 18, 2022, the station has been subjected to systematic shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces using multiple rocket launchers, artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles.

▫️As of August 18, 2022, 12 shellings have taken place, during which more than 50 artillery shells and 5 kamikaze drones have been detected on the territory of NPP and Energodar city.

▫️The Russian Defence Ministry conducted an investigation and established that the strikes were launched from the direction of Marganets and Nikopol' settlements.

▫️The shelling resulted in damage to the station's auxiliary support systems as well as life support facilities in Energodar.

▫️According to the Defence Ministry, the Ukrainian side, together with their US handlers, are trying to play the card by causing what they believe to be a minor accident at the nuclear power plant and thus disrupting the normal and safe operation of the plant, blaming it on Russia.

▫️The Ukrainian side has repeatedly claimed that the Russian Armed Forces are striking at the plant and that Russian heavy weaponry is stationed at the plant, which is used to fire on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' facilities.

🚛 Russian servicemen deliver another shipment of humanitarian aid to residents of liberated settlements in Kharkov region

◽️ Over 10 trucks with groceries and prime necessity items have delivered the shipment. The vehicles have also transported medical preparations. A hospital deployed nearby is operated by Russian medical units for providing aid to local residents.

◽️Refugees are personally received by employees and provided with qualified medical and psychological aid. Everyone who needs help is to be received here.

◽️Then the refugees are distributed and transported to stationary centres: sanatoriums, boarding houses and hotels in various regions of Russia.
