Staged use of WMD is aimed at accusing Russia of using prohibited weapons with the subsequent implementation of the so-called «Syrian scenario», in which the state is subjected to economic and political isolation, as well as exclusion from international organizations, including the UN Security Council.
▫️A possible way forward is to put pressure on the countries loyal to and friendly to the Russian Federation, including India and China, to compel them to impose sanctions on our country.
❗️We would like to recall that the Russian Federation completely destroyed its chemical arsenal on September 27, 2017, which is confirmed by an OPCW certificate. In turn, the United States, with its strong financial, economic and technical potential, is the only country party to the Chemical Weapons Convention that still possesses an impressive arsenal of chemical warfare agents (672.5 tons).
▫️CIA Director Burns' statement about Russia's possible use of tactical nuclear weapons is absurd. With the current level of technical equipment of the international nuclear test monitoring system, it is impossible to conceal the use of such weapons. If the CIA director does not understand this, then he is either unprofessional, or he is being misled.
▫️The biological weapons programs in the USSR were completely phased out in 1972. At the same time, the number of U.S. biological laboratories is incomparable to other countries. According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Washington controls 336 laboratories in 30 countries, which is of great concern.

❗️In the area of the Odessa port "Yuzhny", the special services of Ukraine are planning a provocation with the use of toxic chemicals to accuse Russian troops of allegedly striking civilian infrastructure facilities.
▫️The most likely scenario of the staging may be an imitation of a missile strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the western naval base of the Ukrainian Navy, as a result of which the port's cooling plant, located 500 meters from the military facility, will be blown up. 🇺🇦The Kiev regime has not ceased its attempts at provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of war crimes.
▫️Another such staging with the alleged deaths of civilians as a result of fabricated shelling by Russian units has been prepared by experts of the information and psychological operations of the AFU for its presentation to the world public in the coming days.
▫️In order to make staged photo and video recordings and to invite representatives of Ukrainian and Western news agencies (including the USA, Latvia, the UK and Poland) to the central market in Lisichansk, which the day before was mistakenly shelled by units of the 57th AFU motorized infantry brigade, broken equipment is being brought to the central market; ambulances bring bodies of AFU soldiers dressed in civilian clothes.
▫️This scenario, above all with regard to its own people as well as dead Ukrainian servicemen, replicates Nazi atrocities during the Great Patriotic War, but with the modern approaches of the Kiev regime.
❗️We warn the so-called civilised west in advance that this and other similar bloody fakes on the part of the Kiev authorities about alleged "Russian atrocities" are soon to be widely spread in the media and on internet resources.

▫️As part of a tour through Western parliaments to collect weapons for 'defending Europe and democracy', Zelensky, speaking to Norwegian Storting MPs on March 30, accused Russia of allegedly 'mining the sea' and blocking foreign ships in Ukrainian ports.
▫️Given Zelensky's ignorance of the real situation outside Kiev and the activities of his own subordinates, we officially inform.
▫️Between February 25 and March 4, the remnants of the Ukrainian navy's mine clearing forces planted about 420 sea anchor mines of the YaM-1 type in the waters of Black and Azov seas, 370 in the Black Sea and 50 in the Azov Sea.
▫️As a result of stormy conditions in the Black Sea and due to poor technical condition, about 10 Ukrainian mines have had their bottom anchor wires broken.
▫️Since then, under the influence of wind and surface flows, the Ukrainian mines have drifted freely southwards in the western part of the Black Sea.
▫️One Ukrainian mine was recently discovered and neutralised by Turkish sailors. The second Ukrainian mine is neutralised in Romanian territorial waters.
▫️No one can know where the remaining Ukrainian mines are drifting today. The leadership of the Kiev nationalist regime, which by its criminal actions has created a direct mine threat to the transport and cargo ships of all Black Sea countries, is even more so.
▫️As for Zelensky's lie about allegedly blocking around 100 foreign ships in Ukrainian ports, we explain.
▫️Ukrainian authorities are currently forcibly detaining 68 vessels belonging to Turkey, China, Switzerland, Greece, Malta Panama, Marshall Islands, Sierra Leone, Comoros, Belize, Liberia, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Syria in Chernomorsk, Odessa and Nikolaev ports .
▫️At the same time, the Russian Federation daily from 08:00 to 19:00 Moscow time opens a safe corridor of 80 nautical miles wide for these vessels to leave the territorial waters of Ukraine in the south-western direction.
▫️However, the crews of the ships in question told us in radio conversations that any departure of a foreign vessel from Ukrainian ports was forbidden by the Ukrainian authorities under threat of immediate sinking.

В состав делегации вошли Заместитель председателя Комитета Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания России по социальной политике Ю.В.Архаров, член Комитета СФ по международным делам Е.В.Афанасьева, Член комитета по экологии, природным ресурсам и охране окружающей среды Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания М.Е.Иванов и Заместитель Председателя комитета по молодежной политике ГД ФС Ю.В.Саранова. На мероприятии, прошедшем в городе Шарм-эль-Шейх (Египет), обсуждалась тема «Молодые парламентарии за борьбу с изменением климата».
В ходе конференции состоялись тематические сессии «Состояние изменения климата, его воздействие и права человека», «Действия парламента по борьбе с изменением климата», «Использование гражданского общества и гражданское участие в работе парламента», «Поддержка развивающихся стран в области смягчения последствий изменения климата».
Ю.В.Архаров в своем выступлении отметил, что Россия является полноправным участником ключевых международных договоров и переговорных процессов по всему спектру вопросов «зеленой повестки», в том числе по вопросам адаптации экономики к последствиям изменения климата.
В свою очередь, Ю.В.Саранова рассказала о мерах государственной поддержки в сфере продвижения экологических проектов и инициатив среди молодого поколения в России.

Патриарший экзарх Африки Митрополит Клинский Леонид (Горбачев) совершил первую Божественную Литургию в качестве экзарха на Африканском континенте.
Богослужение состоялось в храме "Мар-Мина" в Гизе. На службе присутствовал епископ Гизский Феодосий. По окончании Литургии митрополит Леонид поблагодарил Его Святейшество Патриарха Тавадроса и епископа Феодосия за передачу в пользование Африканскому Экзархату храма св.вмч.Мины и вспомогательных помещений. Затем архиереи осмотрели подворье. Состоялся праздничный обед.

⚠️ We continue to record numerous facts of criminal actions by Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use of medical facilities for military purposes by Ukrainian armed formations:
🔹in Druzhkovka, Donetsk People's Republic, AFU soldiers have equipped firing positions and sniper points in the building of Polyclinic No. 1 (Kotlyarevskogo Street), personnel and patients are forcibly held in the basement as a "human shield" and the approaches to the institution are mined, but the local population is deliberately not informed about this;
🔹in Ugledar, Donetsk People's Republic, nationalist fighters have equipped barracks, firing positions and ammunition storage sites in a polyclinic (Molodezhnaya Street), heavy equipment and artillery, mortar positions and MANPADs on the roof of the building have been placed in the immediate vicinity and in the adjoining territory;
🔹in Bilozerskoye, Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis have equipped a stronghold and ammunition and arms depots in the city hospital (Festivalnaya Street) without evacuating nearby residents;
🔹in Dobroslav and Krasnoselka, Liman District, Odessa Region, militants of Ukrainian armed formations are using hospital buildings and ambulance stations as command posts and barracks, while all patients, regardless of their state of health, as well as patients in maternity wards with newborn babies were cynically kicked out of medical facilities, and medical personnel who tried to prevent the inhuman actions of neo-Nazis were physically abused.
▫️Once again, we call on all international organisations, especially the World Health Organisation, to influence official Kiev and take effective measures to prevent the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes.

⚠️ Health officials in Kharkov, with the full support of the city administration, are stealing medicines and medical supplies provided by Western countries as humanitarian aid, which are then sold at inflated prices in local pharmacies, and psychotropic substances are openly sold over the Internet.
▫️Such actions by criminal Ukrainian authorities demonstrate complete indifference to the fate of their own citizens and absolute disregard for all norms of morality and the principles of international humanitarian law.

⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine (Part 2)
❗️Bloody provocation was purposefully perpetrated by Kiev regime tonight.
▫️US-made HIMARS MLRS struck a detention centre near Elenovka, where Ukrainian servicemen, including Azov fighters, are being held.
▫️40 Ukrainian POWs were killed and 75 injured. In addition, 8 employees of detention centre were injured to varying degrees of severity.
▫️A large number of Ukrainian soldiers are now voluntarily laying down their arms, knowing the humane treatment of prisoners of war on the Russian side.
▫️This blatant provocation was committed in order to intimidate Ukrainian servicemen and prevent their surrender.
▫️The circumstances of this provocation are being investigated.

⚠️ Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Russian Armed Forces' NBCP troops, held briefing on military and biological activities of the US and its allies in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world, taking into account new information obtained in the liberated territories of Ukraine.
💥 As a result of high-precision strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces on positions of the 92nd Mechanized Brigade near Kharkov, up to 130 servicemen and 13 armoured vehicles have been destroyed. Temporary deployment point of units of the 95th Airborne Assault Brigade near Konstantinovka, Donetsk People's Republic, has been hit. The attacks have resulted in the elimination of up to 400 nationalists and 20 units of military equipment of AFU.
◽️ As a result of active offensive by Russian troops and DPR and LPR people's militias near Soledar, Artemovsk and Avdeevka in Donetsk People's Republic, units of 54th Mechanized, 56th and 58th Mechanized Infantry brigades of AFU, having lost their combat efficiency due to heavy losses, abandoned their positions.
⚠️ Russian Federation's Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response continues to record numerous facts of criminal actions by Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use of social infrastructure for military purposes by Ukrainian armed formations.
📹 Russian Defence Ministry has published footage of combat operations of Iskander-M tactical missile system crews of the Eastern Military District troops in the zone of the special military operation and footage of Russian military medics providing medical aid to civilians in liberated settlements in Zaporozhye Region.

🔫🇷🇺During the business program of the VIII #Army2022 International Military and Technical Forum, Rosoboronexport JSC - the main exporter of Russian arms - received more than 70 delegations from 50 countries and presented more than 200 products from Russian defense companies in 6 exhibit areas.
✈️🚁The company made presentations of about 350 Russian products to the delegations of partners who came to the forum. They showed particular interest in the Su-57E fifth-generation fighter, T-14 Armata tank, Ka-52E attack helicopter, Tor-E2 SAM system, Kornet-E ATGM system, and the K-17 Boomerang wheeled infantry fighting vehicle.
📃 Rosoboronexport concluded several export contracts and also laid the groundwork for contracts worth more than $14.5 billion.
