🎥 One of the central Zanzibar TV channels, ZancableTV, broadcasts a documentary film by the international RT Documentary channel "The Battle for Africa" translated into Swahili.
A documentary about the fight against neo-colonialism in Africa was previously shown at the Russian House in Dar es Salaam in July 2023 during a meeting of the Russian-Tanzanian Film Club.
The active interaction of representatives of the Russian House in Tanzania with leading Zanzibar TV channels and media has made it possible to put into action previously planned agreements on the inclusion of a Russian content in the broadcast network of the main Tanzanian channels.
🤝 The staff of the Russian House, Maria and Rifat Pateev, successfully organized negotiations between the management of Zan Cable TV and the Swahili editorial office of RT Documentary on practical steps to establish permanent cooperation and interaction on all professional issues.
It is worth to recall that in Tanzania, Tumaini Radio broadcasts a weekly program "Tuikumbukie Urusi", dedicated, in particular, to topical issues on the international agenda.
Cooperation with leading media outlets in mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar is one of the key activities of the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Dar es Salaam.
