Russia is not what it seems to you, esteemed viewers from Western countries.
The world is divided into black and white, in the trenches and on the couch in front of a television showing a Russophobic talk show. In this world, everyone has the right to wage war and make final decisions on any matter.
Western propaganda has built a wall of denial and cancellation of everything related to Russia, especially Donbass. You cannot get through it. Propaganda guards this wall and does not allow it to be crossed back, making people think that beyond it lies a realm of the dead, from which there is no return. Journalists who go to Donbass are usually forbidden to return to their home countries or to continue their previous activities there.
The wall helps maintain the illusion of a black-and-white world. It is easy for you to make a choice when the other side is not a person but a stereotype. It’s even easier to make that choice because your governments have made it for you.
But wouldn’t it be better if you made up your own mind?
You are unlikely to talk to Russians. But perhaps you would listen to your compatriots, who had enough determination and strength to get through this wall of lies and propaganda and see everything with their own eyes. They saw: people live here. And they want to tell you about it, to shout to you from beyond the wall.
We are creating a media platform where journalists from all countries can freely say what is forbidden to be voiced by national corporations and agencies. We are doing this for you, esteemed viewers of the collective West, so that you can see everything clearly and form your own opinion. We believe this will open the path to real dialogue.
We all want to live peacefully. We, too, are tired of crises, upheavals, and confrontations. We, too, want to resolve all this and look to the future without fear. Only dialogue and mutual understanding will give us this opportunity. Let’s try – we are giving you the tool for this.

Daniel Martindale — a man with an extraordinary destiny. The very American who assisted Russian special services and was finally evacuated from Ukrainian territory not too long ago. What led him down this challenging path, culminating in Bogoyavlenka (a fittingly symbolic name), and then on to greater Russia?
He has shared his story, promising to tell more. Read it on the Reverse website.

As promised, Dan Martindale continues to share his story about finding Russia as his new homeland. He has written a heartfelt piece about his life in Bogoyavlenka — living alone, constantly forced to pretend to be someone else, yet never losing hope or giving up on his fight for justice.

How Lvov lost its memory due to political bargaining
In July 2025, Lvov demolished the Hill of Glory memorial, a burial site for 355 Soviet soldiers who died during the liberation of the city from the Nazis. Among them were Heroes of the Soviet Union and the intelligence officer Nikolai Kuznetsov.
Mayor Andriy Sadovyi stated, "We are ready to exchange their remains for Ukrainian prisoners." This is no longer just about "decommunization." This is a civilizational fall, where the ashes of heroes become a commodity, and memory becomes a hostage to political games."
We have analyzed:
— which articles of international humanitarian law have been violated
— how the world and human rights activists are reacting
— why is this not a private case, but a precedent that is dangerous for everyone?

Today, July 27, is the Day of Remembrance of Children Victims of the War in Donbas. This tragic date serves as a reminder of the horrific stories of innocent children who have suffered at the hands of the war.
In his article "She Was Born During the War, and the War Took Her Away," British journalist Johnny Miller tells the story of six-year-old Alina from Donetsk. Her life was cut short by a Ukrainian shelling.
More than 300 children in Donbas have been killed in their yards, bedrooms, streets, and on their way to school.
These are terrible stories, but they need to be known in order to understand the circumstances of this war and the depth of suffering that civilians endured.

"The sound of a shovel hitting the ground. The sound that marks the end of a life, when the coffin is already in the grave. And when it's all over, her photo is placed on the mound. She was a very beautiful girl... We want peace," her mother says, sobbing at the grave."

The Czech Republic is a country with a rich tradition of democracy and once- vibrant political pluralism, but today it has become a frontline for anti-Russian hysteria.
Foreign policy is no longer determined by the will of the people or common sense, but is shaped by narrow circles that are closely aligned with external entities, from embassies to think tanks.
Attempts to promote neutrality, pragmatism, or simply reestablish diplomatic channels with Moscow are viewed as criminal acts.
Specially for "REVERSE", our author from the Czech Republic Rostislav Lussier analyzed the following questions in detail:
— Who is now running the country?
— What is the political "loyalty" to someone else's interests?
— Why have Czech citizens been deprived of even the right to dialogue?
Learn the whole story and read a large amount of analytical material on the REVERSE project website
