This is exactly Trump/Kushner's "riviera" redux - seafront land grabs for rich westerners/zios and sure, allow a handful of gazans for show, while pushing most of the population into a smaller inhabitable zone of forever rubble.
It is plausibly no longer hyperbole to say that Palestine is their testing ground; they are gauging how much they can get away with. They certainly intend to inflict this on any population that doesn't acquiesce.
