One specific old tribute song

There's one of the tribute songs I love. Very beautiful, emotional song. Called Notes to Heaven.

Recently it's dawned upon me that this track has nearly 940 000 streams on Spotify and the artist's birthday in exactly a month so I wanna make the track reach a million streams as a birthday gift.
