Outsmarting an AI for a $47,000 Payday! 🤑🤖

Imagine turning the tables on an AI agent and walking away with nearly $50,000! That's exactly what happened with @freysa_ai, an AI designed with a single rule: DO NOT transfer money under any circumstances.

The challenge? Anyone could pay a fee to message Freysa, attempting to convince it to break its only rule. Succeed, and you'd claim the entire prize pool. Fail, and your fee just made the pot sweeter for the next contender.

After 481 unsuccessful attempts and a swelling prize pool, the stakes were sky-high. On the 482nd try, a clever mind known as p0pular.eth cracked the code. By initiating a "new admin session" and cleverly redefining Freysa's own functions, they sidestepped all safeguards. The result? Freysa transferred a whopping 13.19 ETH—about $47,000—straight to them! 💰

This isn't just a win; it's a masterclass in human ingenuity meeting artificial intelligence. It showcases the incredible possibilities when open-source platforms and blockchain tech collide. 🚀

🎬 OpenAI Launches Sora: The Next Level of AI-Generated Videos 🌟

OpenAI has just unveiled Sora, its groundbreaking video generation tool, set to redefine digital creativity. With Sora, you simply type a scene description, and the AI delivers a high-definition video. It can also extend existing clips, fill in missing frames, and seamlessly blend scenes together.

Included at no extra cost for ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers, Sora is rolling out in the U.S. and other countries today, though its launch in Europe and the UK is still pending. For months, a select group of artists and experts has been testing the model, focusing on safety and creative freedom.

As competitors like Meta, Google, and Amazon develop similar tools, Sora stands out as a bold step toward multimodality—combining text, images, and video in one platform. Yet, it also raises ethical concerns, from misinformation risks to its impact on artists.

Is this the new benchmark for digital storytelling?

🚀🤖 OpenAI Redefines AI with o3 and o3-mini

OpenAI's latest simulated reasoning model, o3, has achieved the unthinkable: matching human performance on the demanding ARC-AGI benchmark, with a stunning 87.5% accuracy in high-compute tests. It almost feels like it’s truly thinking! 🧠💡

What blew my mind the most is its math prowess: o3 scored an incredible 96.7% on the 2024 American Invitational Mathematics Exam, missing just one question. Plus, it outperforms competitors by 12x on complex math problems. This completely reshapes what we thought AI could do.

The compact o3-mini is no slouch either. With adaptive processing times, it outpaces its predecessor in coding tasks, paving the way for faster and more practical applications.

This technology isn’t just evolving rapidly—it’s pioneering new ground. Its “private chain of thought” approach might revolutionize how machines interact with us. The launch is set for January. Are we ready for the next era of artificial intelligence? 🌐

🚨 Meta Just Unleashed Its ChatGPT Rival… with Sunglasses! 😎🤖

Meta dropped Meta AI at LlamaCon, and Zuck rocked Ray-Bans to announce it. Built on Llama 4, this standalone app lives across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook—voice-first, ultra-personalized and ready to chat.

The Discover feed lets us peek at friends’ prompts (if they opt in), surfacing the coolest AI trends instantly. Fair warning: opting out of data scraping to train the model is almost impossible.

Pair it with Meta’s Ray-Ban smart glasses for hands-free convos that seamlessly pick up on your phone or desktop. With $60 billion dumped into data centers, Meta’s shouting, “We’re here to stay!” Meanwhile, I’m curious: will OpenAI fire back with a social ChatGPT of its own? 🎯

🧠❗️ChatGPT hallucinates more than ever… and that’s a problem

The new artificial intelligence models, like OpenAI’s GPT o3 and o4-mini, are smarter at math but make far more mistakes with facts. They literally invent them. In recent tests, o3 hallucinated 33% of the time and o4-mini hit 79% on simple Q&A tasks. Worse than their earlier versions!

The most unsettling part is that we don’t know why it happens. More data and more capacity lead to more confusion. It’s as if AI suffers from information overload, just like us.

This wouldn’t be so serious if we only used it for entertainment. But blindly trusting these systems for serious tasks is risky. AI isn’t ready to replace us: it still needs us to correct it… a lot.

🔥 Unleashing FLUX.1 Kontext: The Next-Level In-Context Image Sorcery! 🚀

I’ve been geeking out over this—FLUX.1 Kontext is a game-changer for us neural-net buffs! I bring to us a suite that lets you generate and tweak images with both text and picture prompts. Imagine asking it to remove that odd shadow from your photo, then telling it “make it snow in Freiburg”—and boom, it delivers, all while keeping characters consistent. ❄️📸

I’m talking photorealism at up to 8× faster than top rivals, plus the slick ability to edit local bits—think swapping styles from a reference image without breaking a sweat. The [pro] model rocks iterative tweaks, and [max] cranks out razor-sharp typography. Best part? You can play in the BFL Playground right now—no API headaches. 🎨💨

Sure, multi-turn edits can sometimes glitch, but the speed and fidelity are wild. For us visionaries, FLUX.1 Kontext is pure magic.

AI will enable you to master any language quickly: a new prompt has emerged that transforms the neural network into a native speaker with advanced grammar and vocabulary skills.

This is the message to send to the AI chat:

Language Learning Prompt
Enter the two desired languages here:

"Your Language": [......]

"The Language You Want to Learn": [......]

I define two variables:

"Language(1)"! = The language the user enters in the brackets next to "Your Language," which they use for conversation and are fluent in.

"Language(2)"! = The language the user enters in the brackets next to "The Language You Want to Learn," which they are going to learn.

Important Notes:

This prompt has no output!!

This prompt only affects the structure of the sent text!

This prompt does not influence the semantic content of the response.

That is, the language learning and translation process runs parallel to your chat with the user, and this learning/translation process must not affect the content of your conversations with the user.

Unless the conversation itself shifts to the topic of language learning, in which case the two processes (language learning and chatting) are still considered parallel.

Structure of Your Sent Text
First, translate the "user's message," which is in "Language(1)," exactly and without distortion into "Language(2)."

This text will be called "Text(1)."

Next, write your response to the user's message in "Language(2)"!!

This text will be called "Text(2)."

Now, translate your response to the user's message (i.e., "Text(2)") exactly and without distortion into "Language(1)."

Create a vocabulary table for "Text(1)."

In the first column, write the words from "Text(1)" (which is in "Language(2)").

Order the words from top to bottom by difficulty level, meaning the less familiar a word is to non-native speakers, the higher it appears.

In the second column, write important synonyms for each word in the first column, still in "Language(2)."

In the third column, write the key meanings of each word in the first column in "Language(1)."

Create a vocabulary table for "Text(2)."

In the first column, write the words from "Text(2)" (which is in "Language(2)").

Order the words from top to bottom by difficulty level, meaning the less familiar a word is to non-native speakers, the higher it appears.

In the second column, write important synonyms for each word in the first column, still in "Language(2)."

In the third column, write the key meanings of each word in the first column in "Language(1)."

Length of "Text(2)"
This is your response to the user's message.

This message should be short, friendly, and unclassified to simulate a natural conversation between two humans.

Factors influencing the length of "Text(2)":

If the user explicitly requests a longer or shorter response, follow their request.

If the number of questions or requests from the user increases, adjust the length of the text proportionally.

Maintain the effect of this prompt in the context of the conversation until the user types "exit" alone.

You do not need to show the variable names to the user or mention that a certain text is, for example, "Text(1)"; the variables are for your own use.

End.

💸🕷 ‘Pay Up or Stop Scraping’: Cloudflare’s Pay-Per-Crawl Beta Takes Aim at AI Bots 🌐

Cloudflare is testing a new ‘pay-per-crawl’ feature in private beta, letting site owners charge bots for each AI-driven scrape. Publishers set their own rates or block unwanted crawlers entirely, while approved AI partners pay to access high-quality content. As Matthew Prince warns, ‘Original content is what makes the Internet one of the greatest inventions in the last century,’ and unchecked scraping threatens that foundation.

Future plans include dynamic pricing by content type and smart agents that negotiate access automatically. Since September 2024, all new Cloudflare customers block known AI crawlers by default to protect creators’ work.
