This summer Piterville, supported by VK, produced and released a shorts-series entitled “The Mansion of Secrets”. As it was released a circle of detective enthusiasts formed round it offering some very bold theories about its ending. A number of viewers are still sitting there petrified, stunned by the finale of the series.
So if you missed our detective series it is high time you join in. Soon the episodes will be available on all our platforms. In the meantime, let us remember how it all started. On a warm May day Pitervillians, Veronica Mokhireva and Nikita Tau Naledi gathered at the VK office for a script reading.

Знаете ли вы, разлюбезные подписчики, что за день былъ вчера? Ну, воскресенье, ну, сентябрь. А межъ темъ – дата!
Пять летъ назадъ въ этотъ день въ Пушкине мы снимали клипъ «ДИАЛОГЪ». А следующий день былъ выбранъ датой рождения Питервилля. Но Питервилля обновлённого: не того, где три актёра разъ въ годъ сочиняли старорэпъ. Питервилля блогерского, не убоимся этого слова – «тиктокерского», въ тесномъ содружестве съ Барыней.
Тотъ клипъ, ставший историческимъ для прожекта, пересматривать сейчасъ весьма удивительно. Но для насъ всегда быль важенъ диалогъ не токмо на шутливые, но и волнующие темы. Оттого и въ комментарияхъ стараемся отвечать, и въ чатахъ активничаемъ. Предлагаемъ въ честь пятилетнего юбилея Питервилля устроить диалогъ подъ симъ постомъ: что для васъ Питервилль, какъ давно вы съ нами, съ чего началось знакомство и чего ждёте въ будущемъ? Do you know, dear subscribers, what kind of day it was yesterday? Well, it was Sunday, and it was September. But it was also an anniversary!
On that day five years ago we filmed the “TÊTE-À-TÊTE” music video in Pushkin town. And the next day was chosen to be Piterville’s birthday. The birthday of the new Piterville, not the one where three actors wrote ‘oldschool rap’ songs once a year. But the blogging Piterville, we may be allowed to say the TikTokking Piterville, closely cooperated with Barynya.
Rewatching the video that became historic for our project feels quite bizarre today. However, we have always valued dialogue, not only on funny but also on exciting topics. That is why we have been trying to give our replies to the comments and actively take part in chats. In honour of Piterville’s 5th anniversary we invite you to a dialogue in the comment section: what does Piterville mean to you, how long have you been with us, how did you get started, and what do you expect from it in future?
