Yesterday we worked behind the scenes on one of the most important foundations of Piratehood Launch.

We strengthened our anti-rug protections by setting clear, non-negotiable rules at platform level:
• A fixed token supply as a standard requirement
• Launch rules that cannot be bypassed or shortcut
• A strict approval flow before any project can go live
• Additional safeguards to prevent premature or unsafe launches
Today we ran an internal security self-check on the platform.
Think of it as a lock and door test.

👉 We tested:
• that outsiders cannot change anything
• that even logged-in users can’t perform admin actions
• that logs cannot be edited or deleted
• that every real admin action is properly recorded

Everything passed.
Status: FULLY HARDENED
🏴‍☠️ Piratehood Launch: Weekly Progress Update

This past week we’ve been working entirely behind the scenes on one of the most important parts of Piratehood Launch:
the foundation.

The website is not live yet, but we can already show what kind of system we are building.

🔒 1. Security & Anti-Rug Foundation
We’ve locked in clear, non-negotiable rules at platform level:
• Fixed token supply as a standard requirement
• Launch rules that cannot be bypassed or rushed
• Strict approval before any project can go live
• Extra safeguards against unsafe or premature launches

On top of that, we ran an internal security self-check
(think of it as a full lock & door test):

✔️ outsiders can’t change anything
✔️ regular users can’t perform admin actions
✔️ logs can’t be edited or deleted
✔️ every real admin action is permanently recorded

Status: fully hardened
🎮 2. Engagement & Progress Layer (what the screenshots show)
We’ve been building the engagement layer that ties activity and growth together:
• daily check-ins
• quests and progress tracking
• levels, badges, and cosmetic unlocks
• a clear Crew structure with defined entry rules

Important to note:
👉 this is engagement & progression, not pay-to-win
👉 cosmetics are visual only
👉 participation and contribution come first

(Screenshots show structure and UI, no live data yet)
📊 3. Fee Transparency System (new this week)
We’ve added a dedicated Transparency page where, once live, anyone will be able to see:
• total platform fees
• how fees are distributed across multiple layers
• official wallets tied to those distributions

Why this matters:
Piratehood uses multiple fee layers.
Each layer supports a different part of the ecosystem, but in the end
they all reinforce each other.

Transparency here isn’t marketing,
it’s a requirement.

🧭 In short
• security before speed
• transparency before promises
• built for the long term

The website is still under construction.
What you’re seeing is work in progress, but it reflects exactly how seriously we’re approaching Piratehood Launch. What you see is the surface. The real work is in the systems you don’t see. Several deeper systems will be revealed when Piratehood Launch goes live.
Charity voting

For now, charity voting still happens in Telegram, just like you’re used to.

Behind the scenes, we’re actively moving this into the Piratehood Launch platform.
Once live, voting will appear directly inside the dashboard, with full transparency:

• votes clearly visible
• winning charity locked in
• donation + proof shown afterwards
• everything in one place

Telegram remains the source for now.
When the platform goes live, this will naturally shift there.

Proof
🏴‍☠️ Update 1 Our economic vision hasn’t changed, it has matured.

From the beginning, we said we didn’t want Piratehood to depend solely on holding value or token price.
That belief is stronger than ever.

Holders matter. We value every single one of you.
But a sustainable ecosystem cannot rely on price alone.

That’s why Piratehood is being built to generate real income from multiple sources, independent of market volatility.
Our distribution model is designed to reward those who help secure the fleet, favoring long-term stability over short-term speculation.

Any future buybacks, when executed, will be fully locked via Streamflow, in line with our long-term commitment to transparency and responsibility.

Our goal is simple:
even when the market is quiet, Piratehood keeps working.
🏴‍☠️ Update 2 Focus Shift & Structure

Why we adjusted our build order

Originally, our plan was to expand Quest_AI and other tools first, and then connect everything later.

In December, we made a deliberate shift:
instead of releasing tools separately, we decided to prioritize the Piratehood Launch platform first.

This wasn’t a delay, it was a structural decision.

By building the platform first:
• all revenue logic is unified,
• reward logic is unified under a single, transparent rule set,
• protection for holders, creators, and visitors is built-in,
• and every tool (Quest_AI, Raidbot, future utilities) integrates naturally.

The vision stayed the same.
The order changed, for strength.
🏴‍☠️ Update 3 Marketing & Growth (Lessons Learned)

Marketing & Growth, what we learned

Over the past months, we’ve invested more than $8,000 into marketing, including ads, Dexscreener boosts, trending tools, and influencer collaborations.

What we learned is clear:
organic growth outperforms artificial attention.

By organic growth, we don’t mean buy pressure or fabricated activity.
We mean real people who join, stay, and contribute over time.

That’s why Piratehood itself does not rely on artificial volume to grow.
Our ecosystem is built on real usage, structure, and long-term trust.

Long-term direction
When we scale marketing, it won’t be to hype the token.
It will be to promote the platform, the engine that sustains the entire ecosystem.

We’ve already passed the first review with CoinGecko.
The final step requires organic volume growth, and that is exactly what Piratehood itself continues to build.

Our treasury strategy is aligned with platform performance, ensuring we build from a position of strength rather than debt.

Looking ahead
Our 2026 marketing strategy is focused entirely on scaling what’s being built now,
transparently, measurably, and sustainably.

🏴‍☠️ Platform Scale A Look Under the Hood

We don’t often talk about the technical grind, because our focus is on outcomes.
But as we get closer to launch, we wanted to share a brief snapshot of the infrastructure being built for the Piratehood fleet.

This isn’t just a website, it’s a full-scale platform designed with resilience in mind:

• 93 database tables: enabling detailed tracking across core platform activity.
• 239+ React components: built modular to support a scalable user experience.
• 16 edge functions: supporting fast, globally distributed performance.
• 30 unique routes: forming the full journey for creators and holders.

We chose the long road to make sure that when the engine starts, it keeps running.
No shortcuts, just solid engineering.

More updates soon.
