Задачи:
🔸Формирование юнита с помощью маркетинговой стратегии
🔸Декомпозиция всех показателей юнита
🔸Тестирование гипотез и А/В-тестирования на разных этапах воронки
🔸Анализ воронок конкурентов
🔸Построение и лучшение существующих CJM клиентов и поиск новых
Твои главные метрики:
🔸Количество заявок
🔸CV% (конверсия)
🔸Количество продаж
