در کتاب‌های مقدس برای ظهور منجی، هدف‌هایی تعیین شده است که فقط با ظهور ایشان محقق می‌شود. یکی از این اهداف، برقراری حکومت عدل و برپایی عدالت است. مسیح با لشکریان خود (گروه فرشتگان و بیشتر نجات‌یافتگان) که هنگام ظهور همراه او هستند با دشمنانش درگیر خواهد شد اما این جنگ کوتاه است و آن حضرت پیروز خواهد شد.
In the holy books, certain objectives have been described which would only be fulfilled by the return of the savior. Establishment of a just government and widespread justice is one of these objectives. Jesus and his forces (angels and most saved people), which accompany him in his return, will confront their enemies, yet this battle will be short and Jesus will be triumphant.
