🚨🚨 Huge News today for parents. 🚨🚨
Based on the record before us, the court says, the Board's introduction of the LGBTQ-themed storybooks and the failure to provide notice and opt-out options for parents meets that test: it does interfere with the children's religious development and imposes a burden on religious exercise.

Jonathan Brater testifies that there is no prohibition that an election clerk cannot have their election equipment examined by a third party.
This contradicts his prior statements before a grand jury when he testified to the opposite. This is perjury.

Confirming today that the indictment against me, dated July 19, 2023 has been disposed of by the Attorney General and the case remanded to the district court with a "final disposition" date of May 6, 2024. DJ Hilson, appointed by Dana Nessel filed a new complaint with the district court, which should be dismissed soon. This register of actions was hidden from me and public view for over a year because the court didn't not want anyone to know. It took me physically driving to the courthouse to fix this, and even that was met with obfuscation. In order to hide the case, Lisa Brown, the Democrat clerk, placed me in the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act without my knowledge. She was forced to remove that false designation today at 3:40 PM, making the file public again. Not one single mainstream "internet content creator" has been willing to report the case was dismissed over a year ago. Either the clerk intentionally falsified a record to hide it or she is incompetent.
The @nixonfoundation liked my post about getting Mauger’d (being fed false information by the fake news media).
How cool is that?

I am rocked to the core after yesterday's news that Charlie Kirk was murdered. He was a father, husband, friend, and patriot. He endured countless attacks from the radical left, including the legacy media, who mocked and ridiculed him and called him vile names and compared him to mass murderers, Nazis, and criminals.
He was a generational and transformative figure who influenced millions of young conservatives. And despite all of the attacks against him, he had no protection, and he was murdered for his speech and thoughts. It is shameful and disgusting.

It is remarkable how quickly this spun out of control for @officedepot. First, they hired employees who displayed and pushed their own politics on customers through stickers, etc on their name tags and lanyards. Second, zero training. Third, farming out customer service to foreign countries is a terrible idea. Bring the jobs back to the USA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
As for as customer service goes, telling us to "talk to Justin on Monday" was a dumb strategy.
