To mark the start of September, we have just announced a $250 million stock repurchase program, underscoring our commitment to, and conviction in, TON Strategy Co’s (Nasdaq: $TONX) strategy and vision.

Our Executive Chairman @manuelstotz said it best: "We are committed to a disciplined capital allocation strategy and look to use our balance sheet to enhance shareholder value by growing NAV/share. Subject to market conditions, among other factors, if the stock trades at a premium to NAV, the company may consider issuing stock to buy $TON. Conversely, the company may consider repurchasing its own stock if it trades at a discount to NAV. The repurchase program provides us with a tool to enable us to do so.”

We are steadily accumulating $TON, building the world’s first and largest treasury holding of the asset. As a result, we are one of the strongest supporters of, and infrastructure providers in, the TON ecosystem, which through its exclusive partnership with Telegram and its 1B+ users is redefining what the future of a fully tokenized economy looks like.

$TONX intends to compound shareholder value by growing NAV/share - measured in $TON - our treasury reserve asset.

Having the ability to buyback our own stock - should there ever be a sufficiently attractive discount - is a key tool in our toolbox to deliver on this goal.

To better understand the importance of ‘intelligent capital allocation’ for long-term shareholder returns - I highly recommend reading “The Outsiders” - an excellent book by Will Thorndike. Digital assets just add another dimension to this framework.

Asia is the world’s most populous continent, and already Telegram’s Asia is already Telegram’s largest market in terms of user-base.

While a ton of energy & time is being dedicated to $TON’s market entry into the US 🇺🇸 - we must never lose sight of Asia.

Fortunately for $TON & $TONX - Asian users & investors alike - are best placed to understand the potential for Telegram & $TON to become crypto’s first ‘Super App’.

Tencent became Asia’s first >$1Trn company thanks to WeChat, while Kakao dominates local messaging in Korea and Line in Japan. And of course Russia/CIS has VK. The West and crypto have yet to produce a true ‘Super App’.

‘$TON Inside Telegram” is the obvious contender. And especially Asian users & investors are perfectly placed to understand this potential.

The Winklevoss twins have been early pioneers in both social networks and crypto - having astutely understood the strong network effects inherent to both. We couldn’t be more excited about locking shoulders together backing $TON inside Telegram.

$TON is entering the all-important US 🇺🇸 market and we are just getting started. This a process, not en event. The TON Wallet inside Telegram went live in July, @tonstrat (NASDAQ: $TONX) followed suit in August.

Korea represents perhaps the most fascinating nascent market opportunity for both $TON and @tonstrat (NASDAQ: $TONX) in all of Asia.

TON Strategy Co. (Nasdaq: $TONX) reports Q3 2025 Financial Results (ended 30th Sep 2025)

Key Highlights:
- $TON holdings valued at $587.8 million
- Revenue: $3.6 million, up from $0.1 million in Q3 2024
- Book value per share of $10.82
