a. placing an order with @luneave means you accept the regulations provided. — so please be mindful and respectful.

b. processing time ranges from
1–3 days. depending on the orders. rush orders (under 24h)
come with an additional fee.

c. all payments (GOPAY,
SHOPEEPAY, QRIS) must be made upfront. no cancellations or refunds allowed.

d. order format must be filled out
carefully and courteously. mistakes due to incorrect details are not our responsibility.

e. work hours:
⤷ weekdays: 7 PM – 11 PM
⤷ weekends: 12 AM – 10 PM

f. minor revisions (typos, small
adjustments) are allowed. major
changes will require additional fees.

g. replacement — replace the words with the same length— [not too short nor too long.]
