Main duties:

Overview: The USAID Competitive Economy Program (CEP) is a seven year program, which promotes a strong, diverse, and open economy by enhancing the business environment for Ukrainian enterprises.
Main duties:
• provide consultations/clarifications to technical teams and third parties on data requirements
• monitor and track program performance data, set up and meet reporting requirements and milestones
• ensure primary data verification and coordinate the fulfillment of records on indicators
• support the MEL Manager in responding
• support maintenance and clearance of MEL databases
Requirements:
• university degree in sociology, mathematics, data analysis, economics or related field required. Master’s degree preferred
• prior experience in working with performance indicators in development programs, data collection and verification
• willingness to learn usage of modern tools on data analysis and visualization
• former experience with MEL activities under USAID development programs is preferred
Conditions:
• full-time position
• work in Kyiv
• remote work is authorized and subject to prior approval

Огляд: мета діяльності проєкту полягає у підтримці прозорої, підзвітної та ефективної системи охорони здоровʼя, здатної задовольняти потреби населення України.
Основні обов‘язки:
• дотримання усіх внутрішніх вимог до моніторингу та оцінки проєкту
• координація елементів моніторингу, оцінки та навчання в усіх заходах проєкту
• розробка та керування системою управління діяльністю проєкту
• проведення навчання з МіО та надання технічної допомоги партнерам проєкту
Обов'язкові вимоги:
• ступінь бакалавра обов’язкова; ступінь магістра у відповідній дисципліні або у сфері статистики буде перевагою
• досвід від 5 років моніторингу та оцінки проєктів USAID або інших донорських проєктів
• здатність проводити статистичний аналіз
• попередній досвід керування МіОН у проєктах, які фінансуються USAID
• доведений досвід управління процесами МіО та знаннями

Overview: The eight-year USAID Democratic Governance East (DG East) Activity aims to strengthen the connection and trust between citizens and their government in eastern and southern Ukraine.
Main duties:
• assisting program staff with drafting, inputting, and reviewing entries in the DevResults Project Database
• assisting program staff and DG East grantees in monitoring activities
• editing and assisting program staff in drafting impact and results summaries
• conducting periodic site visits, attending grantee events and activities to collect data for monitoring and evaluation
• organizing scheduling and logistics for field data collection
Requirements:
• bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• minimum of 2 years of Monitoring & Evaluation experience
• strong computer literacy skills
• proficiency in data analysis applications is necessary
• experience with USAID-funded projects preferred
• proficiency in English and Ukrainian
Conditions:
