       a.) have the intention and enthusiasm
             to edit or create material.
       b.) understand and have no bad
             background in the world of freebies.            
       c.) can communicate well with admins
             and have good manners.
       d.) have a sincere intention to help
             develop the channel.
       e.) can create or edit materials and
             diligently update material at least
             2× a week.
       f.) have at least more than 1 sample of
            material placed on the channel.
