Dan has a Masters Degree in Psychology from C.U.N.Y., and an MBA from Penn State. He was a member of the New York Police Department (New York’s Finest!), a highly respected Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, and is now one of the most successful Podcasters in the Country, something he is willing and prepared to give up in order to serve. Working with our great new United States Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and Director Patel, Fairness, Justice, Law and Order will be brought back to America, and quickly. Congratulations Dan!

Yet when I asked him face to face if he would publicly demand that these sanctuary policies be repealed, he refused to do so.
That tells you all you need to know about these sanctuary city mayors.

In 2017, Denver passed an ordinance that ensured any city employee who spoke with federal immigration authorities before a warrant was posted would be fired...
I asked Denver’s mayor if a city employee would be fired for communicating with anyone from the EPA or HHS. He replied, “Not to my knowledge."
They would only be fired for talking to federal law enforcement officers!

Today, the VA’s Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs is set to furlough staff due to the government shutdown. This decision directly jeopardizes the veterans who sacrificed everything for our freedom.
My team and I are on the front lines every single day, fighting through casework to ensure Colorado’s veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned: disability compensation, healthcare, and burial honors. We’ve resolved several cases, but we rely on VA partners to move the needle.
The men and women in the Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs must be designated essential employees. Shutting them out delays care, denies claims, and disrespects our heroes. I’m calling on VA leadership and Trump Administration to keep these doors open and keep these workers on the job. My office stands ready to help any veteran in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District and will keep working hard despite the Democrat shutdown.

Our office is incredibly grateful for our board members who volunteered their time to participate in our Service Academy Interview Days. Over the course of two weekends, they conducted 50 interviews from an applicant pool of 90 initial submissions this year.
We deeply appreciate each board member, many of whom are former Academy graduates or enlisted service members, for helping us identify and nominate the next generation of military officers.
