- Click on the plugin name to configure settings

Updates

Troubleshooting

Popup not showing?


- Make sure the plugin is enabled
- Check the "Enable Popup" setting is set to "Yes"
- Verify your targeting settings (pages, users, devices)
- Check date range if configured
- Clear browser localStorage to reset frequency tracking
- Enable Debug Mode and check browser console

A problem with email delivery has been identified in the latest release 5.4.2 and 6.0.2:
If you are using php mailer, your email sending could be impacted.

So who would need to apply the patch?
- If you are using php mailer
- If you are using 3rd party (form) extensions
- Your sender email in the (forms) differ from the global configurations sender email address
- If you are using an external email server like office 365, exchange, gmail for the sender email address.
- You are using the same address for recipient and sender. Either in com_contact or in 3rd party extensions.

This fix will also be in joomla 5.4.3 and 6.0.3
