So what do we do to take it back. For real. Here's what we do. We rebuild it, from the ground up. We get people who know technology to rebuild it. Going back to a theme posted here earlier tonight. It doesn't have to be the latest and greatest. It has to be built by people we trust. That's the key, friends. Technology changes a lot, and fast. People don't change much. Human factors, trust, are priceless. We are at the precipice of so many things changing in technology. If conservatives don't pick it up and start running with it, we're leaving it wide open for them to try to "hack" our society and our country on behalf of the foreign governments they so eagerly take money from. The imbalance between political right and left , in technology, needs to change. Let's change it.
Our phones don't have to be the best. They just have to work in a way that can be trusted. Our operating system doesn't have to be the latest and greatest. As a starting point, it needs to be secure, and do the practical things we need, in a way that can be trusted. We can get there, and we can get there sooner than anyone may have thought.

I've said it many itmes -- Until American Patriots control Operating Systems, we will not be safe. Any 'freedom of speech' website can be shut down while it's running on a phone with Android, or a laptop with Windows. Doesn't matter what the 'site policies' are, where the servers are, or any of that. What matters is who controls the machine at the system level. That is the last stand. And that's what we're fixing in this group.
By learning about Operating Systems, we're fixing the part of the equation they didn't think we could fix ... they never imagined we'd have a group like this one. But we do. As we gain momentum, every week now, a bunch of Patriots can be found in our chats, on our message boards, with success stories about leaving Windows, installing Linux, and achieving Digital Freedom. You are training, re-training, and taking the time to achieve digital self-responsibility. It is moving to watch everyone's progress in this group. Beyond words. They may seem like small steps, but they demonstrate what's possible with courage and motivation. And that's exactly what will be needed to achieve the next, more important step: This group is developing an Open Source Operating System built by American Patriots, due for release in Q1, 2022. When we get there, as far as I know, it will be the first time such a project has been undertaken, in this way, in American history.
As we arrive at the three-month anniversary of this Telegram channel, I look forward to hearing from more of you who are eager to lean-in to the technology, to train, or re-train, to help us with our efforts to build our forthcoming software project release, Mobile Linux.
Thanks for your interest in my Telegram channel. Here, we teach Patriots about technology.

Friends, we received hundreds of your emails this morning, from Patriots wanting to help, to volunteer time, resources and get involved with the Freedom-focused Operating System project this group is developing for the new year.
Some of you are writers wanting to write articles. People offering to do product testing. Check for bugs. Concerned citizens wanting to help us with research. Truly amazing to see. It is heart warming to see everyone's desire to make things better about the imbalance of power with 'big tech' dominating the digital landscape in our country at the moment. Heart warming indeed to see your concern. I truly mean it. We are going through your emails as quickly as we can and will be responding throughout the day. We thank you for your interest, we really have a special group of Patriots together here!

I wonder if censorship at the operating system level is going to come sooner than later?

I bet it's going to hit us like a ton of bricks out of the blue.
Join Jeff.pro founder Jeffrey Peterson for a Live Audio Stream tonight, Dec. 8th, 2021 @ 8:00pm, where Jeff will talk about: What does 'de-Googling a phone really mean?' How to change your phone so it's free from 'big tech' spying and abuses.
Then, we will answer the most common questions you are sending us: What will happen if 'big tech' works with the Government to censor and control citizens through the Bill-Gates designed Microsoft Windows OS? How realistic is it for the people to make our own operating systems? What, specifically can the people do, to help a team build an independent Operating System, if they don't have tech experience?
Tonight, 8:00pm EST, on this Telegram channel.

Something this crowd may get a laugh from. I work at a mid-sized tech company in Austin, TX. On Monday we had some customers in and about 20 people in the room and equivalent online. A windoze 10 machine runs the audio/video in the conference rooms. The customers asked us "what is the plan for windows 11support?" Just as the they were saying "windows 11", the windoze 10 machine blue-screened. Disrupted the meeting for 15minutes... It was hilarious. Note we and our customers use windoze and Linux with Linux becoming more and more prevalent. Took the opp to show off my newly de-googled phone during the disruption...great conversation starter...

Love it. My son started using Linux Mint Cinnamon this week full-time. He's a gamer and so far no problems... can't wait to learn how to use steam without having to use Wine

Apple’s Secret $275bn Deal With China (reports)
Apple CEO Tim Cook apparently greased the wheels with Beijing personally to improve Apple’s then-flagging fortunes to the tune of $275bn over five years while purposefully keeping the deal under wraps. (The Information)
Cook reportedly lobbied Chinese govt officials from 2016 to improve Apple’s image among them, while agreeing to plow billions into improving Chinese tech development projects.
In return, Beijing agreed to give Apple “necessary support and assistance” in generating custom and tackling supply chain issues.

This concept is key. There has to be a change in our attitude so that we value privacy and freedom more than the flashy, latest tech. The old laptop I'm typing on right now isn't pretty, but it feels so good to learn something new, have more privacy, and sacrifice for freedom. Yes, I said sacrifice for freedom. Does that sound familiar? ✝️💪🏻🇺🇸

The support you have from this group is very focused. In this time of feeling somewhat helpless, you have given us a very well explained path, a solution in changing our technology needs to a system we trust and all of the tools we need to execute. You have gained the respect and trust of a small army of people. Thank you. The interest and energy of this group continues to increase as you announce more steps towards digital freedom .
I believe that JP and crew have been responsible for a little bit of swamp draining and you all should be so proud of yourselves!
And Will with those micro greens! Places are selling out of growing supplies!
I just love it❤️

I've been watching as a spectator and slowly moving over fully to open source since 1988. I grew up on a Zerox 100 or 200, can't remember. I have been an embedded engineering technician and had to know all of the operating systems since. I took a break from high tech for 5 years after watching computers reboot 😅 for many years. I have a few laptops that miss me. However, I have been challanged by Windows 10 updates to where my 2019 Asus laptop is not upgradeable. I tried everything, and Microsoft keeps telling me to reboot for 20H2 upgrade and loops continuously for 7 months plus. Today I successfully booted to Mint on my thumb drive. I am extremely upset with Microsoft windows and will continue with my slow migration to a Linux OS. Thanks, Jeff. I'm glad you have put this forum together it's helped me back into my old hobby.

What you'll find in here is that there is NO "cyber security" except a false sense of security using mainstream OS'es such as Microshaft or Apples close source operating systems.
Linux will bring me life to older equipment. Grab a flavor for your equipment and give it a "test drive". No need to install right away.
