Looking for suggestions to move photos from phone and computer and still have access iCloud has there digs in and want more $$ I’d like to leave iCloud. Any suggestions? External storage? Disks???

I'd love to know a straightforward way to back up all my dozen years of Google photos to a hard drive. Used to be you could get everything in a zip file but I can't seem to find that option anymore

If your on FB you need to figure out how to secure your memories from FB because if you post one word that they deem wrong all your stuff will be gone and there ain't getting it back ....

This is actual TRUTH. Last August, Facebook deleted my account, my wife's account, a daughter and a son in law's accounts as well, all because we were in a Patriot group that Facebook deemed "Dangerous". A group who believe in Patriotism and connecting patriots together in various states. We had over 10,000 members. My wife, a Great Grandmother who has had her FB account since FB started, lost thousands of pictures of shared images of grand children, children and great grand kids. So, FB will delete your life

Yes, sir U are correct. I lost all of my stuff back in May. I tried to get back to my FB page was never able to get anything back. They kept saying they would contact me, they lied.

There are addons and templates specific to scientific papers. I'm new to Libre Office but my mind was blown browsing through all the available additional features at https://extensions.libreoffice.org/

For the people having issues with setting up WireGuard, try PiVPN it’s implementation of WireGuard is pretty easy. When you want to add a client it pops up a QR code, it will set up you mobile device for you. Plenty of videos online to assist.

It's super easy to download all data from Facebook. There is a function in account settings. It's also eye-opening to see they have every message, every comment, every like you ever made. I did it, then "permanently" deleted FB.

I'm so excited! I have been trying for 2-3 weeks to set up my own VPN but kept running into problems. But tonight I'm happy to announce that I have set up my own VPN! I followed the class in JP's LMS. There is an 8-page PDF plus a fancy video done by Vasileios. I set up a VPS with Linode iand nstalled the VPN on that. Words can't describe how happy I am. Many thanks to this channel, where I got my education, and the LMS, where I am learning how to do things I never thought possible. LET'S GO BRANDON 🇺🇸💪

I know this isn’t for everyone, but I decided a few weeks ago, after having deactivated my account for months, to just delete the whole thing. I know there are “memories” on there galore, but I still have the most important photos saved, and I order photo books to keep on hand. The digital memories of funny times, hard times, great times, etc I just decided weren’t worth being tied to a godless communistic psychopathic company in order to look at them. That’s just me though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pretty much what I did after reading “Permanent Record” by Snowden. Nuked FB, IG, and Goodreads on the same day. Didn’t bother saving anything which at the time seemed a bit extreme, but that book freaked me out and I bolted.😂Now I’m here learning about reclaiming my online privacy and freedom.😎
