Cyberattack on Fairlife shuts down US Milk Production

One of Americaโ€™s leading milk brands (found in 1 in 4 households) has halted ALL US production after a ransomware cyberattack.

Fairlife, owned by Coca-Cola, has taken their systems offline while dealing with the attack. Milk is perishable, and shortages could hit fast if this drags on. (they are still completely offline after 3 days!)

I'd warned that the US food supply was critically vulnerable to cyberattacks, and this would appear to be a prime example of exactly that...

Woke white lady: "Some people loathe you... Do you think what you're doing is helpful for Western democracy?"

@ElonMusk: "Maybe some people do loathe me. That's probably true. I don't care. I think a lot more people hate you and the media than you realize."

Damn that's cold. ๐Ÿ˜‚

The McIntosh MC275 stereo tube amplifier uses a specialized unity-coupled circuit and oversized transformers to achieve less than 0.5% distortion across the entire audible frequency spectrum.

The sound is said to be better than original sound.

Elvis Presley showed up at the White House unannounced carrying a Colt .45.

He had written President Nixon a long letter on American Airlines stationery during a red-eye from Los Angeles, and hand-delivered it to a guard at the northwest gate at dawn. He was offering his services in the war on drugs. He wanted one thing in return: a federal narcotics badge.

That same morning he had gone to the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs and asked the deputy director for the badge to his face. The man said no.

So he went over his head to the President of the United States.

He came back at noon in a velvet suit and cape. The pistol was a WWII Colt .45 he had pulled off the wall of his Los Angeles house on the way to the airport. Secret Service took it at the door.

Nixon heard him out, looked at his aide, and the aide nodded.

Elvis got his badge. Then he shook the hand of the President of the United States.

The photo is still one of the most requested images in the National Archives.
