We create a tool to manage development, QA and support of custom software. The team is looking for a Support Engineer for an international investment fund that uses technology and data to improve financial strategies.

Обязанности
— Supporting internal users, resolving incidents
— Monitoring and maintenance of data pipelines
— Reproduce and troubleshoot system problems
— Automating Python tasks
— Implementation of monitoring and telemetry
— Performance evaluation and process optimization
— Interacting with engineers and developers

Требования
— 5+ years of relevant experience
— Excellent knowledge of Linux and Bash
— Experience with monitoring and automation
— Working with APIs, MySQL and data
— Understanding of data pipelines
— Experience with C++
— English - B2 and above
