We are looking for a Back-end Developer to join a Conversational AI project on an outstaffing basis. You will build and scale voice and chatbot solutions powered by Voiceflow, integrating them with backend systems (databases, CRMs, and third-party services). Your work will directly impact how thousands of users interact with automated support systems.
Обязанности
— Design and implement multi-turn dialogue flows ensuring smooth, personalized user experiences.
— Build scalable Node.js services, design and consume REST APIs, and connect with CRMs, payment gateways, and databases.
— Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into resilient, production-ready solutions.
— Write unit and integration tests for robust, maintainable code.
— Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
Требования
— 3+ years of experience delivering production-grade applications in Node.js / modern JavaScript.
— Strong track record of building and consuming RESTful APIs from scratch.
— Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
— Experience with Conversational AI platforms (Voiceflow, Dialogflow, Rasa, Bot Framework, etc.).
— Familiarity with contact center architecture (agent routing, skills-based assignment, integration patterns).
— Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
