3. Mampu menjadi pihak tengah yang baik (tidak memihak sama sekali)
4. Mampu bersikap professional.
5. Aktif, rajin, niat, dan bertanggung jawab.
6. Tidak sedang dalam masa kelas akhir, hiat apalagi deact.
7. Sedang tidak memegang banyak tanggung jawab diluar HSC.
8. Memiliki attitude yang baik.
9. Mau berbaur dengan para staff / tidak pasif.
10. Dapat menjaga nama baik HSC.
11. Dapat aktif saat jam kerja.

5. Memastikan semua kegiatan HSC berjalan sesuai rencana dan kebijakan.
6. Mampu bersikap professional.
7. Aktif, rajin, niat, dan bertanggung jawab.
8. Tidak sedang dalam masa kelas akhir, hiat apalagi deact.
