Меня зовут Даша. Преподаю английский 8 лет, из которых 5 - узкие запросы, и 4 - английский для ИТ. Поняла, что уроков по технологиям и подготовке инженеров к собесам жду больше всего.

Цели канала:
⚙Дать лексику, которую вы запомните и сможете использовать сразу же
⚙Не тратить много вашего времени в день, но при этом давать стабильный результат

Структура канала:
🧪мы будем изучать лексику не в изоляции, а сразу в словосочетаниях.
🧪будем работать тематическими блоками по 1-2 недели.
Н-р, первая неделя связана со словом issue и действиями, которые вокруг этого происходят.
🧪новые слова будут чередоваться с квизами для закрепления и небольшими заданиями.
🧪Слова из одного блока будут встречаться и дальше, что обеспечит рециркуляцию и запоминание. Например, to identify будет и в issue и в bug.

Resolutions are totally just for entertainment.
But it still will be so much fun to go through these milestones together with you❤️.

Today, we are looking at the chunk 'to identify an issue'.

Identify here has 2 meanings:

1.to find, to recognise, to confirm that it exists

найти, распознать, подтвердить существование

2. to understand the nature of the issue

понять суть проблемы

As usually, depends on the context 😜

Examples:
1. "Can you help me identify the issue with this code?"
2. "Before we can fix the bug, we need to identify the issue properly."
3. "I've been trying to identify the issue with the database connection all morning."
4. "Let's identify the issue first, then we can work on a solution."
5. "I've identified the issue; it's a null pointer exception in the login module."
6. "We need to identify the issue with the API response time."

To assign an issue means to give a task to a specific person.

Examples:
1. I've fixed the bug you reported. Can you assign an issue for regression testing to make sure it's resolved?
2. I'll assign the issue regarding the login errors to you.
3. I've assigned the issue with the broken API endpoint to Sarah, as she's familiar with that part of the codebase.
