The Senate is voting RIGHT NOW on the school expenditure limit bill which will allow school funding to exceed 50% of the total budget for 4 months until the courts rule on prop 208.
This vote comes after the Arizona School Board Association left the National School Board Association. However, the Legislature hasn't prioritized school choice, curriculum transparency, or other protections for parents by getting these key bills to the Governor's desk before this vote today.

There are two VOTER ID bills being heard today that will require photo ID for every vote including early ballots. It also gives ADOT the ability to provide voter IDs at no cost to voters so there's no financial barrier in requiring an ID to vote.
Right now we are outnumbered almost 2:1 on the 👍 vs 👎 in the RTS system at the Arizona Legislature. If you have an RTS account, please submit your position on HCR2025 and SCR1012.
