🚨AZ Supreme Court issues a very positive order for Recorder Justin Heap

1) Require a settlement conference. The Board no-showed mediation yesterday. So that puts them on the bad side of the Courts.

2) Parties are ordered to enter their pleadings by Thursday at 4 pm.

3) Court shows they are concerned about the integrity of the elections and this favors Recorder Justin Heap. They are looking for a solution with temporary relief to both parties.

4) The court is taking the Legislature's amicus by Senate President Warren Petersen and House Speaker Steve Montenegro seriously.
