⚠️ Kiev regime continues to use by Ukrainian armed formations of houses, educational institutions and other social facilities for military purposes:

🔹in Zaliznoye, Donetsk People's Republic, militants of the nationalist Aidar battalion are stationed in school No 13 (Petrovskogo Street), with roadblocks and firing points set up on the approaches to the building, while local residents from nearby houses are not evacuated and are actually used by nationalists as human shields;

🔹in Kharkov, Ukrainian nationalists have equipped firing positions and ammunition depots on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings (Yubileynyi prospect), local residents are not allowed to leave their flats and any attempts by citizens to evacuate to safer areas are harshly suppressed;

🔹in Niu-York, militants of the Right Sector nationalist battalion with foreign mercenaries are deployed in school No 18 (Zheleznaya Street), large-calibre artillery and MLRS are deployed and residents of nearby houses are held in the premises of the school under the pretext of security.

🔹 in Krivorozhskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, militants of Ukrainian armed formations have mined the sides of an asphalt road between Krasnyi Pod and Radushnoye, but the local population was deliberately not informed about it.

❗️We warn the international community and international organizations in advance about this inhuman provocation prepared by the Ukrainian authorities, as a result of which civilians may suffer and the Kiev regime will accuse Russian units of allegedly indiscriminate strikes and civilian deaths in a well-established scenario.

💥Attack launched by high-precision long-range sea-based missiles has resulted in the elimination of Ukrainian military ship and a depot of Harpoon anti-ship missiles delivered by USA to the Kiev regime in the seaport of Odessa.

▫️The list of neutralised targets also includes the production facilities of an entity specialised in repairing and modernising the fleet of Ukrainian Navy.

▫️Over 70 percent of personnel have been eliminated after launching attacks at the positions of 108th and 109th battalions from 10th Mountain Assault Brigade of the AFU deployed near Verkhnekamenskoye (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥High-precision attacks have been launched by Russian Aerospace Forces at armament and munitions depots of 28th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU and 123rd Territorial Defence Brigade deployed at locomotive repair plant in Nikolayev.

▫️Over 50 servicemen, more than 3,000 artillery projectiles of various calibres and 10 armoured vehicles have been destroyed.

💥Within the counter-battery warfare, 3 Grad MRLS plattoons have been neutralised near Grigorovka, Verkhnekamenskoye and Seversk, 2 Msta-S self-propelled artillery system plattoons, 8 Msta-B artillery gun plattoons, 18 D-20 artillery howitzer plattoons, as well as 9 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery plattoons have been neutralised at their firing positions near Paraskoviyevka, Opytnoye, Vesyoloye, Razdolovka, Bakhmutskoye, Vodyanoye, Serebryanka and Kamyshevakha (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥Russian air defence means have shot down 5 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Korobki, Pyatikhatka (Kherson regrion), Topolskoye (Kharkov region), Shcherbaki (Zaporozhye region) and Donetsk. In addition, 10 projectiles launched by Uragan and HIMARS multiple rocket launchers have been intercepted near Novonikolayevka (Zaporozhye region) and Alekseyevka (Kherson region).

📊In total, 260 airplanes and 144 helicopters, 1,605 unmanned aerial vehicles, 357 air defence missile systems, 4,156 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 763 combat vehicles equipped with MRLS, 3,196 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 4,457 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.

❗️Bloody provocation was purposefully perpetrated by Kiev regime tonight.

⚡️On July 29, a deliberate missile strike of the Kiev regime using US-made HIMARS MLRS at a detemtion facility near Elenovka killed and maimed most of the 193 Ukrainian prisoners.

▫️According to updated figures as of the morning of July 30, 50 Ukrainians were killed in missile strike. The bodies of 48 Ukrainian POWs were found and recovered from under the rubble of the detention facility. Two more Ukrainian POWs died of serious wounds on the way, while being transported to a medical facility.

▫️73 Ukrainian POWs were taken to medical facilities with serious injuries. All of them were given the necessary medical treatment.

📑 The names of those killed and wounded during the Kiev regime's missile strike on Ukrainian prisoners of war have been published on the official information resources of the Russian Defence Ministry.

❗️All political, criminal and moral responsibility for the carnage against Ukrainians falls on Zelensky personally, his criminal regime and the Washington that supports them.

⚡️On August 7, Zelensky regime committed a new act of nuclear terrorism at the energy infrastructure of Zaporozhye NPP to create a humanitarian disaster in Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

▫️At around 12:40 p.m., Ukrainian units of the 44th Artillery Brigade shelled the Zaporozhye NPP from near Marganets, on the opposite bank of Kakhovka reservoir.

▫️Ukrainian shelling damaged Kakhovskaya high-voltage line, which supplied electricity to Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

▫️A power surge occurred at Zaporozhye NPP, causing smoke in the plant's open switchgear. The safety system was also activated, cutting off the power supply.

▫️Fire crews arrived and the smoke was extinguished.

▫️The capacity of Units 5 and 6 was reduced to 500 MW by plant technicians to prevent disruption of the nuclear power plant.

Vladimir Zelensky churns out all kinds of ideas and peace formulas, with the illusion of succeeding, with the Western assistance, in achieving the withdrawal of our troops from the Russian territories in Donbass, Crimea, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, making Russia pay reparations, voluntarily surrender to international tribunals, etc.

Let me tell you right away that the situation within the OSCE has been quite challenging. Created as a platform for promoting equitable dialogue and cooperation, this organisation has been going through a deep crisis these past few years.

We are now reaping the fruits of this selfish, short-sighted policy of our former partners. Our trust in them has suffered a major blow. One of the lessons is that if and when we ever start working together again, we will have to build new foundations because the past approaches are no longer working.

The model we suggested was straightforward and clear: the United States and Iran move to meet each other halfway at the same time by gradually returning to compliance with the JCPOA. All details were worked out. This is a realistic scenario as long as there is political will to carry it out.

We share the view that the collective West has actually turned Ukraine into a bridgehead for the continued military-political cultivation of the post-Soviet space and for subversive activities against the Union State. This is creating a direct threat to the vital interests of Russia and Belarus.

I mentioned what was done to suppress information about the flagrant violation of international humanitarian law in the east of Ukraine as a result of the Kiev regime’s activities. The West remained silent on this topic, covering up these misdeeds.

The OSCE principles and its institutions are being discredited by the Special Representative on Freedom of the Media who keeps increasingly silent when it comes to obvious infractions on the part of the Ukrainian regime or its Western sponsors.

Not only did the West ignore these warnings and start to develop (militarily) Ukrainian territory, but it also widely encouraged, in theory and practice, the neo-Nazi manifestations of the Ukrainian regime following the coup, which (judging by it all) could not have taken place without the consent (or even support) of the United States.

All of that unfolded against the background of Zelensky’s ensuing moves who, just like Poroshenko, was elected under the banner of bringing peace to Donbass. Instead of following up on his election promises, he instantly did an about-face and declared in August 2021 that if someone identifies as a Russian in terms of culture, language or traditions, they should clear out for Russia. All of that was unfolding amid total silence on the part of the West, or rather, was encouraged by it.
