▫️More than 40 actors were involved in the staged video filming and all participants were paid cash reward of $25.

▫️In the future, the staged footage will be distributed in the Ukrainian and Western media, accusing the Russian Armed Forces of indiscriminate strikes against civilian targets.

▫️Once again we emphasise to the entire international community that such fakes, cultivated by the Ukrainian "lie factory" at the order of Western curators, do not contain reliable and objective information.

⚠️ In addition, according to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another provocation in Odessa for accusing Russian Armed Forces of assassination civilians (including minors) and deliberate destroying civilian infrastructure using cluster munitions prohibited by international agreements.

▫️ In order to implement this provocation, up to 20 representatives of foreign mass media, as well as employees of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) had been transported to Odessa from June 26 to 28, 2022.

▫️ In case of attacks launched by units of Russian Armed Forces at the bases of Ukrainian armed groups, the military administration of Odessa region plans to simulate the destruction of a social facility where a crowd of actors (up to 30 anti-Russian activists) have been prepared to play the role of murdered and wounded people.

▫️ All the participants of the staged scenes are to be paid 500 USD, while each of them has already been paid 100 USD in advance.

❗️ We warn the international society and organisations that this and other similar fakes about the alleged atrocities of the Russians fabricated by Ukrainian authorities with support of western supervisors are planned to be widespread in mass media. ⚠️ On June 30, 2022, in Slavyansk, Donetsk People's Republic, AFU units launched an artillery attack from the local compound feed plant at residential quarters in order to accuse Russia of eliminating the civilian population of Ukraine.

◽️ The attack has resulted in the death of 1 woman and injuring about 10 persons.

◽️ Just in some minutes after the shelling, reporters from Ukrainian mass media commenced their work at the incident location, started taking photo- and videographic data about the consequences of allegedly indiscriminate attacks launched by Russian Armed Forces at civilian population.

◽️ This kind of rapid arrival of Ukrainian journalists who supposedly happened to be around that way indicates a pre-staged scenario of this cynical provocation.

⚠️ It has been reliably elicited that Ukrainian authorities ordered to conduct punitive policing in Nikolayev in order to detect and publicly punish pro-Russian citizens, as well as individuals who show their dissatisfaction with the policies of the Kiev regime.
With this purpose, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and up to 500 militants from Tsunami nationalist battalion have arrived in Nikolayev from Kiev, Odessa and Lvov ready to carry out this kind of intimidating campaigns.

❗️According to the available information, various employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry are drug addicts and have a wide criminal experience: convictions of robberies, thefts, arms trafficking, burglaries, infliction of grave bodily injuries and rapes.

▫️This is the way persistent criminals have legally covered under the AFU. These facts have proved that the inhumane provocations, including those that cause deaths among civilian population, are planned and held by individuals with criminal experience.

▫️The cases of mockery and tortures carried out by the Kiev regime against its own people have been registered and proved enough.

▫️These crimes are being investigated in detail, the delinquents will avoidlessly receive their punishment.

🔹 As referred to representatives of Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Western mass media spread a falsificated information about the intention of the authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) fully supported by Russia to establish a national fleet formed by vessels confiscated in the port of Mariupol. ⚠️ Kiev regime continues to use by Ukrainian armed formations of houses, educational institutions and other social facilities for military purposes:

🔹in Zaliznoye, Donetsk People's Republic, militants of the nationalist Aidar battalion are stationed in school No 13 (Petrovskogo Street), with roadblocks and firing points set up on the approaches to the building, while local residents from nearby houses are not evacuated and are actually used by nationalists as human shields;

🔹in Kharkov, Ukrainian nationalists have equipped firing positions and ammunition depots on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings (Yubileynyi prospect), local residents are not allowed to leave their flats and any attempts by citizens to evacuate to safer areas are harshly suppressed;

🔹in Niu-York, militants of the Right Sector nationalist battalion with foreign mercenaries are deployed in school No 18 (Zheleznaya Street), large-calibre artillery and MLRS are deployed and residents of nearby houses are held in the premises of the school under the pretext of security.

🔹 in Krivorozhskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, militants of Ukrainian armed formations have mined the sides of an asphalt road between Krasnyi Pod and Radushnoye, but the local population was deliberately not informed about it.

❗️We warn the international community and international organizations in advance about this inhuman provocation prepared by the Ukrainian authorities, as a result of which civilians may suffer and the Kiev regime will accuse Russian units of allegedly indiscriminate strikes and civilian deaths in a well-established scenario.

❗️Nationalists shot up a bus with civilians evacuating to Kiev-controlled territory on a stretch of road near Dolgovoye.
